If your T levels are low, lift some weights, do some sprinting, stop eating soy and start eating meat. If they're still not normal, ask your doc for some TRT treatment. Also women should be submissive, I find aggressive masculine women very unattractive.
Are there really people that fall for the “soy lowers your testosterone” meme? I find this “eating meat makes you a man” mentality hilarious. Take away meat from your life, what defines you as a man? masculinity is not superficial things like meat consumption and how many days a week you work out.
Uh oh seems we got ourselves a soyboy here lads. Soy contains phytoestrogens and anti-nutrients that block absorption of minerals such as zinc and magnesium, essential for testosterone production. So enjoy your soy boobs, ED and low libido.
Weightlifting and sprinting triggers testosterone production, because your body sees a need to build more muscle. Meat and eggs make you more manly because they contain saturated fat and cholesterol, which is essential for testosterone production, and of course protein for building muscle.
By definition you cannot be masculine if you don't have enough testosterone AKA the male sex hormone. I am not a high T guy but I do feel much better when I am strong, have healthy T levels and low bodyfat 10-15%. Yes testosterone helps to reduce bodyfat as well.
