If you are single or going to get divorced soon here are some important tips.

Before divorce

  1. Get a great lawyer.
  2. Hide any assets you can.
  3. Sell any assets and get cash if possible.
  4. Get a 2nd mortgage on your house if your think she is going to take it in the divorce. That way its worthless and you can use the cash for something that can be hidden off shore.

After divorce

  1. Start looking for a business to invest in.
  2. Get your financial situation together
  3. If you don't have hair get a transplant with dr. Umar in California or travel overseas for less expensive treatment.
  4. Get dual citizenship or even multiple citizenships with multiple names.
  5. Make sure your body is healthy and fit.
  6. Go to suitsupply and get 10 custom suits made. Make sure to also get appropriate shoes (Allen Edmonds) are nice. A few high end watches to finish off the look.
  7. Buy yourself a nice Grand Touring coupe. A used Aston Martin or a Mercedes S63 Coupe under $80k
  8. Make a great social media presence on FB, and Instagram.
  9. Move to a large city like Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, etc. If you are lucky go to Poland or Ukraine.
  10. Learn how to take good pics or have a girl go with you to the top restaurants, clubs, and other picturesque places.

If you do all of these things you will have an incredible social life. I was going out with different women each day. I would add them on FB or IG. They would see I frequently go to the best places and how I am dressed perfectly. They also could see I had a beautiful car. Make sure you have some business where you can put you are the owner or president. Women will watch you and then all you need to do is ask them out for a drink or something. I was going out six times per week. Sometimes a different woman for lunch time and another for dinner.
