FYI law in the UK states that if you compliment someone's perfume and that person feels "disrespected" you legally sexually harassed that person. If they didn't "feel disrespected", it is not sexual harassment i.e. the person recieving the compliment gets to decide if you broke the law or not.

The comment doesn't have to be sexual in nature; if you compliment someone and they feel uncomfortable you just broke the law.

The truth is, feminism was never about equality. From the day they got the right to vote, they got that right for free. And every ~~right~~ privilege since then, has been for free.

The saddest thing about women and "equality" is that women judge everything from their own narcissistic view. If they had a slightly larger brain mass, they might have considered, that when they wanted to join the workforce, they would need to integrate into a culture that has evolved in it's current form since the industrial age.
Success in "men's world" is defined, as is behavior and how you work with good and bad colleagues. Now, no one knows what the rules are because women change their minds constantly based on feelings. This works against the intent of a company - to make a profit.

Now businesses must have so many rules - including sexual harassment policies - otherwise they will "offend feelings".

If I was a business owner, I would not hire women - not from a prejudicial point of view - but because I want a profit in the fastest and least troublesome way. Women complicate everything and that costs profit.
This is why there are so few women as leaders, CEOs and board members. The vast majority cannot see beyond their self-view.
