This is mind-blowing. The fact that the most prominent group of attorneys in the USA would essentially endorse an accusation equals a crime statute is beyond belief. Probably won't become law this time around, but who knows what the future holds?

I read the article and am not an attorney, but it sounds like you'd be guilty of rape if you can't definitively prove that she consented? What a fucking shit show. I think I'm going to install cameras and audio recorders in my house and have chicks sign a document consenting to sexual acts...check the box if you consent to anal, PIV, deep throat, slapping, choking, etc., just to fucking protect myself and my assets.

This fucking world is devoid of logic and reason and I'm heavily leaning towards a cabin in the Alaskan wilderness. I think I'd rather live under the perpetual risk of starvation and hypothermia than contribute to a society where people claim that women are strong and independent only to then be propped up by men, the welfare state, and a biased legal system that can rob you of your wealth, health, and life on the basis of an unproven allegation.

Affirmative consent standards are grossly unconstitutional and so easily abused. In fact they are a god send for MRA's, these are so easy to weaponize that it isn't even funny. I would love to see these being used against women and in fact the quickest way to get rid of this shit is to openly abuse it.
