I cannot go nofap. I do however restrict fapping to only twice a week. On that note, I spend more time studying, working out, and I have been enjoying video games less lately. Just dota and WoW. I avoid dating like a plague. Takes too much time and energy that can be spent elsewhere. Kudos to you.
