It's a shame you didn't get in on the Magix Humble Bundles. There were 2 of them with Vegas in it, which is amazing for doing this. The bundles also had Soundforge, Acid, and Magix Music, which are all competent audio production tools.

Producing them requires you have a video editor, something like Adobe After Effects, Hitfilm Express, Wondershare Filmora, etc. And materials. Depending on what you're going for if it's just your own OC you want to upload, you can start with a static image and then learn and work your way towards vids like Trap Nation and the like has. In all honesty, just choose a program and dive right in. The only way to know is to learn. Either self learning or enroll in some kind of free digital media classes if a community college has them
