So I was in the supermarket two days ago and something happened again, which has happened 3 times before...

I was asked by a middle aged woman to get something heavy off one of the higher shelves.

For me this is becoming quite a common occurrence now. I'm 6ft tall (still not tall enough for 80% of women unfortunately), but I get asked to get stuff for them like it's my fucking job.

Once I was asked nicely but the other 3 times the woman asked with a sort of impatience and expectation in her voice/expression. As though my sole function was to be some sort of utility for her benefit.

I just flatly said 'No' and carried on walking saving my smile at her now angry/blue screen expression for later.

Does this happen to you a lot?
