The best place in Spain for me.
Watch out for gynoc.. I mean, patriarchy 😁
[–]Attorney-on-FIRE3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (13 children) | Copy Link
Love Spain but what the fuck does Barcelona have to do with this group - save for the fact that Spanish women are smokin fucking hot and are far less cuntish than fat American cunts?

This is MGTOW, look up the definition. We don’t just talk about women here, but our hobbies, jobs, money, lifestyle, etc...

We don’t just talk about women here, but our hobbies, jobs, money, lifestyle, etc...
That is his issue. This not being the earthporn subreddit, Attorney-on-FIRE correctly points out that random travel boasting does absolutely nothing to help men understand female nature, or develop quality life plans, or derive any other benefit really.
But I guess it might be good for the ego of whoever posts it.
What we SHOULD talk about here is the values and virtues of constructive hobbies. What we should NOT talk about is the minutia of each one. What we SHOULD talk about is the value of travel, or how to travel solo, and so on. What we should NOT talk about is the specific destinations, or museum hours, or how pretty each place is.
Do you understand the difference here, between instructive principles and meaningless non-MGTOW content?

I totally understand what your saying and mostly agree but a significant number of us had to relearn how to live on our own. Being married was almost entirely bad but it was familiar. People posting about breaking their routine and experiencing life sans-cunt is a reminder that you too can go your own way. Our entire society guides us to man up and pair up. We need alternate examples.

Can you cocksuckers learn the difference between “your” and “you’RE”? Trust me, it will help you get laid.

We need alternate examples.
But not so much pictures of motorcycles and travel destinations. In fact, the whole "look what I can buy myself" might NOT be the most skillful advice. While it might serve as encouragement to break free, encouraging anyone who doesn't own a house free and clear to excessive consumption is no favor.
[–]HeadOfPubes0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Fiscal responsibility is absolutely a founding tenet around here, and if owning and maintaining a house is something you long for I encourage anyone to hang their hat. There are better ROI out there than real estate and some of us have an adventurous spirit. I think what we're both saying is "Don't be stupid with your money, and don't under any circumstance return like a dog to vomit to the chains of matrimony." I don't post my motorcycle, gun, travel, or antique shaving photos here because there are better and dedicated subreddits for those. I mostly read here to remind myself of how much better I have it now.
My neighbor has had an old mylar balloon stuck in his/her tree since the last presidential adminstration. That's the most stressful thing in my life these days and it's glorious.

Indeed.
[–]JamesFannin1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I understand what your saying but I disagree. Yeah, I’d rather not see random travel pics that have been circulating on here that are straight off the internet but I don’t mind pics that are from MGTOWs out and about enjoying life. Now I don’t want it bombarded to where it’s nothing but that but a good mix up of these different topics would be great.

I don't think you're all too informed about spain, they have a serious problem with leftism as well. As far as I know it's pretty overrun with feminazis and "all men rapists" and such, there's the whole gay propanganda and "no importa a quien ames barcelona te ama" (doesn't matter who you love, barcelona loves you). There's also crossdressers ridding the bus for free.
I'd say maybe not as much of cunts as california and new york, but they are by no means far behind, they're trying really hard to catch up.
I distinctively remember something like 3 years ago some men's right activists recording a video because a feminazi was harassing them, I wish I had saved it, I don't remember much about it.

I was at that crosswalk last year! Barcelona is a lovely city. Make sure to explore the beaches there and the Pablo Picasco Museum.

Where did the comment about Spain getting as bad as the USA in terms of feminist BS go? Got an alert but don’t see it. Was gonna concur and note that I’ve been traveling a ton in Europe over the last five years - I dated a Romanian for four - and sadly EVERY country (UK is the worst) is getting bad. Even in former Communist countries like Romania. Regrettably women are getting more rights and respect and MeToo is catching on everywhere. It’s fucking pathetic. Even Thailand - where I just returned from - is feeling it. Fortunately it’s not quite as bad as the US yet but it won’t be long before all the cunts and cunt supporters across the globe buy into this modern paradigm of men not being the boss. Enjoy what little remains while it lasts...

I'm being shadow banned, I deleted it and posted it again, and now someone replied it, so it became visible after a few days I guess?
Both were completely invisible anyway.
I did not expect it to become visible, I came here to send a private message, I already considered this account useless.
[–]Attorney-on-FIRE0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
What does it mean to be shadow banned?
It means that my posts and votes are invisible, from my account it looks like the post is there, but to everyone else no such post or vote exists.
I'm checking to see if the point is that it only lets me make two posts a day while the rest are invisible, I'm not sure, what I'm sure of is that most of my posts hidden.
Wow! That’s a pretty nefarious tactic/punishment. No wonder I have virtually no votes and no comments/replies to virtually all of my vitriolic/controversial/iconoclastic posts and comments. Lol. Now it all makes sense. But I can’t believe the platform actually allows such insanity.
Why would shadow banning occur rather than outright blocking or banning? Can’t think of a good rationale. Would think it is more beneficial that users know that their writings are disliked or censored than not. Shadow banning gives the SB’d user the impression that their comments are at least acceptable, if not popular. And isn’t the whole point of the Karma scheme to control precisely (and arguably much better than) what SB is intended to address?
On a separate but related note, the problem with Karma is the same problem that unpopular people and opinions face in a current paradigm: it punishes and restricts unpopular speech - or at least ostensibly unpopular as determined by those present and or willing to opine - that may actually be important and or popular at a later time.
Moreover, as with the Trump election, the truth is that more people secretly agree with unpopular/controversial opinions than are willing to admit so publicly. Thus, for example, I have found that while 80% of folks that opine publicly might say that they disagree with and or are offended by something I have said or written which is controversial, almost 100% of the private feedback I receive reveals endorsement. And so the totals are often somewhere in the 50%+ positive support when all are considered.
Said another way, most folks both enjoy and feel safer siding with the public majority, and the majority of public opinions - esp nowadays in the Safe Space PC culture - are of the PC, self righteous variety. Yet, a far greater number and percentage of opinions that are expressed privately are more controversial/offensive and less PC. This poses a difficult quandary for folks like Nietzsche and myself :)

WTF is going on? I just got ANOTHER similar alert about a similar comment and it too is nowhere to be found. Next time I will take screenshot of the alert. Someone is being a douchebag.
