Consider in particular all of the female educators getting lower/lighter sentences after being caught in statutory rape situations involving students, compared to male educators in the same circumstances.
Consider females who've been caught out falsely accusing men of rape for a variety of reasons, and how they typically get no criminal punishment, are referred to as "victims" even after their lies are exposed, and often don't even see court in a civil case. The accused, however, have their reputations wrecked, lose educational and career opportunities, face considerable legal costs as a result of their scramble to avoid a false conviction, and so on.
Related to the previous point, in domestic violence callouts, men are almost always considered the perpetrator by responding officers, even in instances where he is wrecked and she's virtually unmarked. You damn near need a signed affidavit from God attesting to your character, in addition to hard evidence in the form of recordings proving your side to avoid being escorted off of the premises in the backseat of a squad car.
And then are the slew of court cases where male and female co-defendants end up on trial for the same crime, but she invariably gets the lesser sentence despite being just as involved as he was.
So how is pussy pass not a fact? Do you need a damn scientist backed by a 20-year study or something?

"It" made a good point about the sentences fitting the crime, though. If the rate of such crimes perpetrated was the same for both sexes, then we'd have a case of pussy pass. I don't believe that this is the case in this particular example that OP mentioned.
But yeah, "it" was utterly full of shit with its claim that the pussy pass doesn't exist.

I wouldn't know. I don't know what types of sentences they have, and how many of them include the death penalty. If you only look at terrorists, then I've seen way more men suicide bombers than women, so it's not like it's unheard of for these third world countries having practically only one gender committing a type of crime. (Although of course, jihad is not a crime over there, but rather a display of being ardently religious.)
What types of crimes are punishable by death over there?

But the fact that they know there's that rule will mean that most women will never admit to being raped to avoid being killed, so we still can't exactly determine whether that low number of female deaths by death penalty is truly an example of pussy pass. It's most likely related, but it still doesn't constitute as enough concrete evidence.

I'm thinking rates for predatory female adults in schools are a lot higher than anybody suspects, and have been for a long damn time, but it's only in recent years that anyone is actually bothering to look for incidents, or acknowledging the signs that are present. Admittedly, it's only a personal hypothesis, and I haven't a lick of proof to offer in its support beyond pointing out how many women have been busted of late; it's not like they all just decided one day to start doing to that shit for lulz.

2) Because the civil court system will never level the sort of punitive judgements that make false accusations of this sort have any actual cost to the accuser.
3) "Men are almost always the perpetrator...," and then spout some shit later on about gender bias. Irony is missing in your personal dictionary, isn't it? But, for the futile attempt at edifying you anyway, here, here, here, here, and here. The fourth deals specifically with dual-arrests during domestic violence, and how officers are encouraged to cut down on those in favor arrests targeting males, whatever the circumstances of the situation actually are. The last one is Huffington Post, a favored reporting source for your sort, so maybe you'll actually pay attention to that one instead of finding a convenient excuse to play if it off as faked, exaggerated, or misrepresented.
4) Oh sure, inequality exists. Any man getting divorce raped by the court system knows that. Any man on the hook for child support after she punched holes in his protection, slept around but named him on the birth certificate, or just played that old "my body, my choice, but your sperm, no choice" card knows that. And of course, this is established fact for any poor guy staring a criminal record after she beat his ass, or decided that it was nonconsenual for any number of reasons after the fact (if sex occured at all, that is) knows that. It's the rest of you simps and apologists that have your eyes screwed shut, your fingers stuffed in your ears, and your voices raised in denial.
