You're getting up there in age man. I can see why you got treated badly. Fact is the world is more cruel to less attractive people. But you look too timid. To survive in a world that treats unfairly, you gotta be strong. Start learning how to fight. You're going to need it. Start working out. No, you don't need to bench 300 lbs. but you need to have the strength to defend yourself. Plan for your future regarding financial success. No vices at all. Find hobbies you enjoy.

The good thing about seeing the ugly side of humanity is that is can set you straight. You got burned but you should be wiser now. Because of your lanky and timid appearance working out is a must. You will continue to be a target as long as you look that way.

The transparency in that video is a hell of a thing.

All things in due time, society's expectations shouldn't be what makes or breaks you. Fuck them.

So I showed this guys image to my crew at work. 9 women total and one guy.

I asked for an immediate rating of attractiveness on a scale of 1-10.

The average rating was 4.

When I asked about what could be improved, the consensus was they were largely esthetic. Gym. Some style. Those were the big ones.

I asked them to imagine what his number would be and while he didnt reach a 10, he did get to an average of a 6. Which is reasonably attractive for a fella.

However, when I mention peronality, they said if his personality is good, that they wouldn't have a problem chatting him up. But if he was mopey, his attractiveness average dropped to a 2.

The main takeaway is that the problems he perceives, while some are legitimate, most are fixable. And I maintain that if he takes the focus from how awful his conditions are, and shifts to one of self improvement, that that will raise his level of confidence and thus he should find himself successful in short order.
