I gotta comment on the vacation thing of this post.
You know... after slaving away for a year to bank up 10 or maybe 15 days of vacation (if your lucky) or PTO (if you're not), the last thing I ever wanted to do was waste it on trips to see family or suffer major travel. Sure, I'd be down for day trips or weekend trips to adventure, but I just want to put my feet up and fucking relax.
