I’m at an 18 BMI and have been for a long time. It’s almost underweight, of course. But it’s not. I was up to 165 myself years ago when I worked an easy job and had time to really eat up and had the energy to do resistance training. I’m a UPS Driver now and just don’t have the time or energy to put in the work anymore. They literally work people rail thin. There are a couple of fat drivers but they usually fall out after a while or lose a ton of weight. They’re always getting sick of injured.

If I ever get into the tractor-trailer driving side I’ll have the energy again. For now though the take every bit of my stamina. It’s unreal.

Edit: Actually I’m 155 now. Just checked. Obviously don’t check my weight like a thot all the time... hah

Edit 2: 19.9 BMI. Whatever. I'm happy with who I am, I'm done defending my physicality to these little boys who keep posting and PM'ing me.
