It's IQ mostly. The truth nobody ever wants to have or admit to is that there is more of a difference than skin color, height, body mass and muscle fibers. The brain is just another part of the person that is changed through evolution. To do what she did shows lack of foresight and spatial recognition. Both hallmarks of a low IQ test result.

In tense situations that evoke emotion low IQ people tend to show less restraint over themselves. This results in role corruption, poverty, higher rates of theft and battery, outright violence, drug dependency, deferral of responsibility to others like teachers and police and a lot of other things.

Whatever people think America was it is a nation for Eurasians as the IQ watermark of the society requires an IQ 100 or greater. The science has been shoddy because the research isn't in demand but empirical evidence is everywhere. Mind it doesn't mean non-Eurasians cannot succeed but suffice to say it rules out the averages and only allows for exceptional outliers to make it.

Obviously this woman isn't among the best and brightest of Brazil.
