I went to UCSB and lived in the college town called isla vista. It's about 0.6 squared miles of 22,000 college kids all getting drunk all the time. That's the only place I ever saw it. And I saw it about equally towards men and women by men and women. My roommate/best friend was a skater Chad type guy and we couldn't skate anywhere without girls screaming for the balconies at him. I saw guys do it too to girls on the way to parties. Anywhere else I haven't seen it.

Back in my clubbing days on a saturday night did see the odd women get cat called, it was always a women that was hot and skinny girl in a mini skirt that looks more like a belt then a skirt and she would be wearing a very low cut top that her tits where 2 secs away from falling out. And it was always from a group of dunk guys where one guy would notice first and wolf whistle then his mates would join in yelling stuff at her Also noticed never once saw those same women get offended by it, they would always look over and smile and carry on walking

I do have a story about a freshman cat calling these seniors girls! My friend and I, was walking home from school ( I'd might had been in the 11th or 12 grade), and we heard this boy shouting "Hey!" from behind us. So we turn around, and we just looked at him. The dude was fat, crazy afro, and a wannabe "Crip". So the boy pushed right between my friend and me to talk to these two hoodrat girls.

Boy: Hey girls what's your number? Girl 1:Start to giggled Girl 2: Start to giggled Boy : I love your big ass bully girl! Girl 2: Boy leaves us alone Boy: Girl, you know you want this dick. Girl 2: Get your fat ass away from me. Girl 1: Is just laughing and blushing. Boy 1: Let me get your number, to tapped your big booty ( these are the exact words he said too.)

So, my friend Kelon came up to the freshman boy and the two hoodrats, and started trolling them. He was saying "Your hair is so fresh ", " Man, you're so fit", and the last one he said that pissed off the boy was "Keep it gangster son " and I swear on my life, my friend tried to do the C Walk at the red light. Lol. To wrap up my grammar mistakes story(sorry for the grammar), the boy was pissed off for getting trolled, he followed them home by the way. My friend called the two hoodrats hoes. And.... I told the girls, while walking away " Nobody want your ground beef looking pussy."

Once again, sorry for the long story and grammar mistakes. :)
