Women do not inherent the man's wealth in a Nikah (Islamic marriage). They don't get the kids if theres a divorce either.
Marriage isn't a bad thing. It's just the way the west has set it up, it is a horrible thing and they have ruined what God had set in order.

Interesting point. I am unfamiliar with the social customs of the eastern societies. Either way, I think men are better off without that commitment. Do they nag and control their men in Nikah?

They definitely aren't allowed to nag, but any issue they address should be in the most delicate way as to not stress the husbands out.
But it is still a commitment, you would have to acknowledge her request as long as it isn't sinful. If she would ever do something like "i want to hang out with my guy friend" its 100% ok to divorce her. The way Islam teaches it is that women are equal in value and treatment and accountability of deeds, but they have different roles from men.
I actually wasn't born Muslim and i studied it at age 16 and i converted at 19. I should be marrying soon. I like /r/mgtow cause i totally agree that western women are despicable, if you see my post history i had a fiance that cheated on me, which helped in me committing to this religion that is strict on yourself and strict on women.

Im aware of the relative superiority of islam in relation to western feminism, and even christianity. Anyone with two braincells will understand that. Islam was a improvement on christianity, because christianity didnt work, in part because of the issue of women, and too much passivity, and hipocrisy.
I approve everything islam says, especially the fasting, the abstention from alcohol, and addictions. The concept of being a better person, sacrificing for your own, and struggling against evil.
How hurted i am, not for the women that did anything particular to me, because i did pretty good... But mostly this society. And for my friends who went to drugs, a few had severe psychiatric issues. One suicide. And one jailed.
Criminal behavior was rampant in my social groups in my youth.
We tend to have our vision of islam obfuscated by all the war and terrorism, by our own hedonism and addiction. By our cognitive dissonance, that we prefer a supposed freedom that is meaningless, and opportunistic, because it is only turned against us to make us actual slaves.
Indeed being a slave of Allah is comparatively better than being a slave to this society or to women. At least Allah is an abstract concept, an imaginary thing that cant even be described, and its above everything, from my perspective as a nonmuslim.
But what triggers me in islam, is not the war itself. Is actually the stagnation. And the undeniable fact, that muslim societies tend to implode, or end in some evil non islamic empire, like the Ottomans, or even the almost feminist, equalitarian and decadent caliphate of Baghdad, at its end.
Islam is just an illusion, it is better definitely, but it is not a solution man.
And i understand it might feel good for you to say you are a muslim, and you will feel a relief for belonging to something, or feeling like you are doing your part by not partaking in the opposite of what society has to offer you... but, your own way is where you are supposed to go. And it might be harder at first. But the truth is, you should build yourself like you are God yourself. Some are too hurted to even consider this. And so they would rather submit themselves to something that is already premade, rather than finding their own souls. And i dont mean to criticize islam here, it might even help.
But like i said. Ultimately, you should never be a muslim. You can support islam rather than feminism. But ultimately, you must only look after yourself.
Remember that islam is a coping mechanism no different than the religions that preceded it.
Remember that your original religion was the forests, the sun, the mountains. Remember you descend from free hunter men, that didnt need any religion to stand for each other, that wouldn't ever betray each other. That would sacrifice to feed each other, and we were so few. Thats what we lost. Never forget where you come from. You will never be healthy in a society that forces you to compete and fight against your brother, other men.

It's much worse than just financial servitude. Money killer. Sex killer. Peace of mind killer. Libido killer. I could go on. Imagine being stuck in a tiny rocket ship to Mars -- but on a trip that takes the rest of your life -- with one woman. You'd go insane. That's marriage.

Yeah, as a divorcee I don't even have to imagine it; I lived it. I was in the worst shape of my life, dropped out of college, stopped pursuing many of my passions, had no savings, lived in filth and constant drama with a woman that thought of me as a monster whenever I showed any amount of dignity and self worth... it was horrible.

Marriage was invented to avoid people of fucking around like mad mads. Old times were hard, very hard and you needed 2 people focus on the family, one to bring the food home and the other to take care of kids. You also had to have lot of kids so a few could get old and take care of you when you get very old or sick. This is not the case anyone so marriage can go extinct that people would notice.

Now compare those definitions to marriage and tell me why should i ENSLAVE myself to a woman by getting married-having children under common law marriage? Because i'm gonna get shamed if i don't do it? Well you're welcome to do so, in fact i get pleasure if they do so because they remind me how everyday i make the right choice of freedom over slavery.
