No fault divorce is an injustice. If she cheats on you she shouldn't expect to be treated favourably. The very fact that women can now misbehave without consequence has driven the divorce rate up. Men always got punished for infidelity and it was always assumed that women were the victims. Now we know that women cheat just as much as men do, if not more, so no-fault enables their hypergamy and takes all restrictions off their bad behaviour, as there is zero downside for them.

This is simply untrue. The UK still has fault divorce (current legislation pending) and it's just as much of a shit-show are the rest of the West.

Your opinion doesn't anger me, but you'd have to explain the UK. The fact is that laws - legal words written in books - have much less influence on a culture than you'd think. If women want to get divorced, they will. They will cry and whine that they are abused, and no written law will prevent this. In countries with actual reduced divorce, it's not some dusty books that prevent the divorce - it's the social stigma and societal controls that prevents it.

I don't have a problem with no fault divorce per se. What I have a problem with is that no one (man or woman) should get alimony in this day and age or 50/50. You get to take out of the relationship what you put into it. If all you ever were was a 7-11 employee you aren't worth shit even if you marry a rich guy. Woman should not walk away with 400 Million (sorry Dr Dre) who never actually earned the money.

So, who should provide for women when they lose tingles, get bored, or don't love their spouse anymore for whatever reason? Women can't provide or make much money especially if they spawned kids. Taxpayers are not excited to pay. Spouse is the most logical choice. Just don't sign the contract and don't be on the receiving end of the stick. Let somebody else pay.
