First thing you need to do is shut off your cable tv and netflix. Get your entertainment from bootlegs or free online streaming services like youtube (although youtube is pretty cucked, we are working on an alternative).

Here is the "official" boycott list from the_donald. Not trying to recruit you if that isn't your thing but many of these companies are pro-feminism and anti-men.

Don't give women anything. Don't make eye contact. Don't return greetings. Don't hold doors. Obviously when you are at work you have to be polite, but the rest of your time is your own, use it.

Again, not sure what your politics are, but I see by your post history you are in the UK. Your country is fully cucked, but there are some groups you can support, like UKIP, that actually give a damn about working class men.

TL,DR Vote with your wallet. Vote with your vote. Speak out against intolerance towards men as best you can. Never do anything violent. Never do anything that will get you arrested.

The issue isn't that a lot of businesses are 'anti-man', the issue is that those businesses are 'pro-woman'. A lot, most rather, of pro-woman rules and legislation is at the very best neutral against men or straight up anti-man. Making a campaign that is pro-man reads like a campaign that's anti-woman, regardless of how egalitarian it is.

In fact, women and men view men who display egalitarian, or non-benevolent sexism, attributes as bad as they view men who display hostile sexism. Basically, they view men who think hitting a woman is ok if she hits you first is as bad as a man who straight up hits women. They think these men are more likely to be sexual predators, and they do not trust these men around kids. They also believe these men should not hold any political power. You can see how this study is reflected in real life by how vehemently and violently feminists protest men's rights rallies and the screening of the red pill movie. I'm going to look around for that study again.

So that's the issue you run up against right now. If you boycott media entities, businesses and others who actively support anti-men legislation and policies, you'll pretty much need to grow your own food and make your own clothes. Basically, you need to make yourself the smallest consumer footprint you can. You can vote for people who support gender neutral legislation and policies like default shared custody.
