On the topic of the pussy pass, I wrote about it and here are my key findings:

My findings:

A. "What is beautiful is good": Physical attractiveness of a female has a significant influence on judges sentencing (quick note: I expanded on currently available data to build a model that accounts for sex).

B. Physical attraction towards a female can have noteworthy effects on judicial outcomes.

C. The more unattractive the criminal, the higher the sentence. Or conversely, the more attractive the criminal, the lower the sentence (ie that nurse). The results of three studies show a minimum increase of 119.25% and a maximum increase of 304.88% (!).

D. The baby face effect (Zebrowitz and McDonald ): The more baby-faced a female adult is, the less likely she is found to be guilty for ‘intentional actions’ in civil claims (see below).

Most of the time we are not aware of this and even when we are we keep doing it: we are more lenient when a culprit exhibits "beautiful" physical features (the "What is beautiful is good" effect). It is in fact true that women have it easier than men, in general, when it comes to sentencing, verdicts and overall treatment. You can imagine the outcome of this case if the culprit was an unattractive male nurse.

As someone who is a male nurse, I have known quite a few ladies who can't stop playing with their phones. Can cause all sorts of problems.

I would like to know more regarding the investigation. I got metoo'ed a year ago, by a young female psych patient. Being male, I was assumed to be guilty.
