This is my first post on this particular subreddit. I've been browsing other people's posts on here for a few weeks now, and I must say that I rather like this subreddit's mental and social "atmosphere": very sincere and open-minded. To be honest: I'm not yet fully committed to MGTOW, but I can definitely see that the movement holds many merits, and that it might after all prove to be the place where I actually belong.
Now, let me introduce myself briefly: I'm male, 30 years old, and I live somewhere in Europe (not Greece, fortunately). I have a congenital disability, Cerebral Palsy, which makes it difficult, impossible sometimes, for me to speak and do anything requiring fine motor skills. On the other hand: I can walk pretty well. As for external appearance: I'm far from handsome. No actual deformities, fortunately, just nothing that causes "tingles" in the ladies. Also rather small in stature, 5 ft 4.
At the moment, I don't have a job — never had one actually. Thanks to my country's excellent welfare system, I manage to pay the rent and other bills. I used to worry about not being "productive" or "succesful", but not anymore. The long years of being rejected for every single job I applied for have finally quenched any ambitions I had when I was younger.
My romantic life is much the same: a long concatenation of disappointments. Women just aren't interested in this puny little "man", who talks funny and has almost no money. That I'm still alone isn't for lack of trying, by the way. I've approached many women, but they all said no.
I've been "turning inward" lately. Whether this tendency to become a loner is innate or a side-effect of my disability is hard to say. Probably a bit of both. Still, I can't say that I'm unhappy most of the times. I like to read, listen to music (and enjoy it quite intensely), or even write poetry sometimes. I love my dog and communing with nature in general.
It's just that I feel I don't have that much of a choice other than MGTOW (which ideally should be approached from a place of strength instead of weakness). The ordinary ways to fulfillment (having a job, raising a family) are closed to me. I may very well be a loser in the eyes of many people. i try not to care too much about that, but it's hard at times.
Well, this is my story. I just had to vent, I guess. Please feel free to comment or ask questions. Thanks and have a nice day!

Hi, and welcome; that said, I'd like to clear this up:
MGTOW is not a movement; it's a common interest group. But welcome, and I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Wish you all the best. Have you found peace in some kind of pursuit? Religion, hobbies, fitness, etc?
