Discussion about the workplace.

I wanted to open up a discussion/ pose a concern/ question about the workplace to fellow MGTOW...

Is it just me or is the modern workplace reaching an absolute tipping point? I know it’s all intertwined, and basically most jobs/ employees are wage slaves at this point but something feels very off or better yet, frantic and insane, about pretty much every job I’ve had over the last few years.

I’m finishing a accelerated masters program (and yeah if I could do it all again I would have skipped college, let’s leave that for a different discussion) for a career change, and even then the goal is to be a Brazilian JiuJitsu instructor or own my own business in 6 years or so that career is really a placeholder... but more to the point.

Every job I’ve held has insane impossible standards, has cut budgets, hours, employee funds, labor, bonuses, and more, while implementing woke culture, more workload, and typically giving employees access to “mental health” programs with the budget labor and bonus cuts as an offset. And I’m not talking like similarities or themes... I’ve had four companies in the last 3 years do literally the exact same thing. On top of that even with 7 years of professional and all size team/ company management, and a business degree, 99 of 100 job offers have been retail only, and usually 10-15$ an hour.

Let’s talk briefly about employees... male, female or in between whatever... everyone is stressed out, works multiple jobs typically, on some kind of medicine, and while at work does nothing but complain about work, yet no one feels able to do anything to change their situation. Just to even say a few things about how employees feel and companies treat them.

Personally, thanks to MGTOW and some other pursuits, I approach most days positively or rather stoically and know this is all a means to an end, like David Goggins “can’t hurt me”, and truck through my days. But I’m wondering if this is as widespread as I think it is and observed.

TLDR: is the modern workplace reaching a boiling point with employees, constantly asking/ demanding more and more, all while cutting labor, pay, and resources.
