Hi. I'm not sure I'm even allowed to post here, I (female) stumbled upon this subreddit and I want to start with encouraging everyone here. I think mgtow basically has the right idea. I am not at all attacking these ideas or your choices. If I was a dude, I'd be avoiding women too. Women are manipulative and many many many (all? Hormones are scary) are just looking for baayybbeezz and money. I am genuinely curious where I might fall in this ideology. Because I identify with it but happen to be female, and in a relationship with a great guy.
So, about me. I know I can lead a happy life alone, without kids or marriage. Those are not goals of mine. All I want is freedom from this twisted society, and to enjoy my life to its fullest potential. To me, this means going my own way, regardless of what others want or what society encourages me to want. My dream life would be caring for some pets and plants in a small home that I worked to own, on my own land with no neighbors in sight, And having the health and time to enjoy my hobbies and this beautiful planet. I am obtaining a degree that makes it easy for me to find a job and afford this on my own (provided the cost of living in my chosen area isnt insane -doable). I lead a minimally consumptive life and am not very materialistic, or "girly" - ive always been a bit of a tomboy as far as my interests and habits go. (Hate shopping, make up only when around judgemental others, like to get outside and get dirty).
However, I think sharing happiness with another human increases my happiness, and this is confirmed by my experiences with my current SO (first SO to really increase my happiness). We've been dating for a year and a half, and are very happy living together. I'm conflicted because he sometimes mentions wanting children. We have both seen the millions of ways marriage and children can go wrong, and he is still undecided. I want to show him this subreddit to see what he thinks, and encourage him to live the life he wants, not the one others/society want for him. I work with special needs children and any desire or curiousity to parent is more than satisfied there (and i get paid to help children become better people - win win). So im really not looking at my SO for kids or even marriage, I just think we could have a happy life as partners if that's what we both want. I'm not the kind of partner who nags about cleaning or videogames - we both make our own choices and I refuse to create a life I cant handle by myself.
Exploring this subreddit exposed me to the idea of a nawalt, and ive always been aware of that "im not like other girls" fallacy, i know im not a special snowflake, i just think i genuinely might be an odd woman.
I know none of you know me and cant say definitively if i'm truly not like other women, I'm just genuinely curious if men who go their own way think nawalts exist. I kinda think thats the case (at least for me), and id hope showing this subreddit to my SO wouldnt make him see me or our relationship differently because of the term nawalt.
Thoughts? Opinions? Comments? I genuinely just want the opinion of people who seem like-minded to myself.

NAWALTs do exist; so do lottery winners. Most people don't win in lotteries.
