I spend 5-10% of my spare time around here. The rest I use for self improvement and enjoy the things I like. I come here to vent, to be disgusted and enraged. Guess most of us here do the same. Hence the negativity.

could it be because for the last two months all we see negativity in the world ? false accusations,wrongly jailed man. everyday we hear two new stories about how fucked up some guys are. it is hard to keep up positivity when you think some of those could happen to you.

You are right. It happened slowly at first, but then in a big jump after incels shut down and they flooded in here.

There is nothing wrong with negatively per se. This sub is designed as a 'process' in which the anger phase turns into acceptance. In the past there was more acceptance (less anger) and now there is more anger (and less acceptance).

If you want to make a positive change, then let them post their angry posts, and then you respond in the comments with the healthy positive stuff helping move them through the anger phase.

It’s the holidays, lots of people are absent right now. I haven’t checked in, in weeks. I’m sure lots of others are on holiday. Always remember it sounds cliche but be the change you want to see. Nothing’s stopping you from posting something positive. Also the incel sub was shutdown, so of course some of those posters are here also. If they go overboard report and move on.
