Absolutely true. Women call it compassion and empathy but really, they love to find a weak broken man (as long as he's pretty hot) and try to 'save him'. This puts them in the power position. THAT'S what they like. They want the man to have to depend on them. This makes them feel safe in teh relationship and they also get to virtue signal.

Strange but historically speaking, men had the power position for pretty much the same reasons. Historically speaking, it wasn't so much that women ruined their lives and needed saving. It was because they couldn't do the physical labour like the men could. Women in rural areas (farms) needed men and that kept them behaved.

What's really really really interesting is that some chick that barely has anything and is barely making it (ie: lives off the system or has some shitty under-the-table cleaning job or bartender) will try to 'save' a guy. But they are on thin ice themselves. But they still try this. If they actually got a 'real man' it would make them feel so insecure. It would reveal all their faults. It would me like looking in a mirror everyday and feeling like a complete failure. So they go and get alcoholic jobless bums with no skills. The guy lays around on the couch and then she gets to throw tantrums and throw him out on her whims when she wants to flex her muscle. I know 2 guys that are exactly these guys and the girls they are with are exactly as desribed.
