How do people manage to get good jobs without at least some of those fundamental skills?

I'm an atheist who was raised in a religious household, was extremely anti-religious for a few years after turning atheist. The older I get though, the more I feel we need some sort of community based moral social enforcement system to prevent society from completely abandoning all morals and constantly looking at every moral dilemma as perpetual moral subjectives. Religion used to be that paradigm.

There's nothing inherently masculine about watching sports or drinking alcohol. I do think there is some truth to the general theme though that men will be happiest when they are their most masculine selves, because that means you are at your strongest and most competent order.

There's nothing really masculine about watching sports or consuming alcohol (I'm pretty sure alcohol disrupts testosterone production too ironically). Outside of MMA, Sports are honestly g*y (saying this as someone who used to love watching basketball but then realized there's nothing useful I learn from watching basketball and it has zero impact on my day-to-day life). I do think there is some truth to the general theme though that men will be happiest when they are their most masculine selves,…

I never understood the tradcon's plight, honestly. They actually want to be used as a living, breathing ATM and wittingly be the beta bux? That's how desperate and lacking of self-respect they are?

So what could you do that would make you feel fulfilled if you worked at it 50-60 hours a week? Whatever that thing is, do that Do you really think every single person is able to have such a thing in their life? I suggest you watch "The Last Dance" documentary tbh. Even Michael Jordan, someone who loved the game of basketball so much and was the very best to ever do it, still managed to burn out -- in the prime of his career nevertheless. I think the general point I was trying to get at is t…

I used to think I really wanted to be a pro CS player back in the day when I was young. So I worked hard to really improve my game and advancing into higher leagues/divisions. After a while though, playing a videogame that many hours a week made me realize that doing anything for 50-60+ hours a week actually ends up just making you hate the thing after enough time. Countless people tried to make their hobbies their profession only to end up hating their once beloved hobby.
/r/MGTOW222/08/20 04:18 PM

It's a nice cliche, but in a practical context is generally not true. Doing any one thing for 40-50+ hours every week is bound to get boring, mundane, and tiresome. Might as well get paid as much as you can for the same amount of time. Aaron Clarey is a bit of a lolcow imo, but he really touched well on it in this video in my opinion (or really just YouTube search "Aaron Clarey all jobs suck"): https://youtu.be/ON5NATbsBNs All jobs suck, some suck less than others. I'm putting in my 20 years and…

Community college is a pretty good suggestion tbh. Find a college in your state that will accept the credits and pick a major that will yield strong career opportunities. Computer Science, IT, nursing, engineering (generally, but if you can do engineering — you may as well major in CS), Accounting (if you’re willing to do a CPA). A job is something you do so you can survive, and ideally so you can eventually not have to work. If you can’t be bothered doing that, look into trade school. Electrici…

Honestly, you should do both. Lifting is recommended more because it does far more to improve self-image. You can and will lose weight doing cardio alone, but this will lead people to getting a skinny fat body. Everybody should be doing at least some level of resistance training to counter muscle atrophy of aging.

I haven’t watched the video yet, and even though I likely will agree with much of what he says — the dude is a moron to be blunt. Shit like this has very little chance of not getting demonetized, and he has effectively doxed himself where the woke mob can essentially destroy any chance he has at current or future employment if he wants. When in doubt, play it safe — especially when there’s literally nothing to gain from not doing so (I’m not saying don’t make videos about what you want, but don’…

My mom has that issue too. Fucking hoarding around shit from the 90s that was still packed from a prior move! I tell her to throw this shit out because it’s just a burden on everyone else (she’s not the one loading/unloading anything), but she just gets upset and I look like the bad guy then.

People don’t stay in the gym because they are either lazy and/or they don’t know how to train properly and do a bunch of unnecessarily highly difficult and stressful workouts that hurt adherence (this is not to say that you shouldn’t do difficult exercises, but not all difficult exercises are particularly great or useful — e.g. is easier to simply eat less than try to do 1000 burpees a day).

Look dude, that's all great and all but this isn't evidence that any of these interventions are effective at anything really (outside of placebo). None of these people explain what mobility exercises help them with exactly. You do realize hypertrophy and strength are heavily intertwined? There's a reason why most powerlifters, despite dedicating most of their training to strength specific-programming are almost all quite muscular. Many old people suffer from sacropenia, low bone-density leading to bone fractures, and loss of general function. Look up longevity and resistance tra…
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/20 02:46 PM

No, they don't. And even if that were true, that's not a good reason to do it. Mobility work is mostly a placebo and a waste of time. The best way to actually warm up is to do a quick jog and then do warm-up sets of whatever workout you're doing.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/20 02:39 PM
1

In regards to the hypertrophy aspect, that's just simply not true at all. Avoiding sacropenia, LBM retention/BMR improvement, and longer longevity are all things that are exclusive to strength training. Many of the benefits of cardio can be acheived through strength training too, and the dose-response of running would suggest most runners do not need to run as much as they do. Not to mention long-distance running tends to be far more injury prone than something like powerlifting (again, dose-res…

Almost all evidence suggests any improvements from mobility exercises are minor or a result of placebos. And let's say you can effectively progressively overload with yoga, why couldn't you just do that with an insolation workout?

Flexibility doesn’t necessarily have any practical benefit though outside of the case of maybe gymnastics, but if you’re a gymnast — you’re probably already flexible enough. Those small muscles not being hit with lifting is a result of bad programming if anything. Even if that was true, how are you ever going to overload tension on those muscles with yoga?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/20 04:54 PM

Only a very, very small percentage of the general population is doing anything fitness related, and much of that population is people doing all sorts of nocebo or inefficient/ineffective workouts too. Plastic surgery is the only one that’s even remotely relevant. Most women will think a man with make-up is effeminate and gay. Muscle suits? Just lol. Height insoles is the same thing as muscle suits, if you really don’t think women won’t just walk out the moment they realize you’re 3-4 inches shorter than what you show yourself as — I have a bridge to sell you. Grooming and clothing choices are things I wouldn’t really consider as artificially inflating your looks.

Women spend a lot of time artificially inflating their looks via things like makeup and cosmetic surgeries, that might be why you think there are disproportionately greater amount of good looking women than men.

Most women will inevitably want their men to be dominant, especially when things get tough either in life in general or the relationship as well. Think about it in terms of Michael Jordan. If you're on their team in a close match and it's the final minutes of the game, you hope to fucking god that they just take over and win you the game and assert their dominance. Women want dominant men, because dominance is a precursor to competency and dependability, which is a primary facet as to why women …
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/20 08:59 PM

Okay, so by extension in order for a woman to feel protected she needs a man who has to capacity to be dangerous, and by extension, displays this through dominance. That's the thing. In context of marriage or someone going to be married, it's about respect, which tends to be rooted out of attraction. By not taking his last name, she's showing a lack of respect for him to have any natural authority in the marriage, and by extension, likely a lack of attraction.

Being married doesn’t mean anything. The guy literally admitted she wasn’t attracted to him at all and he couldn’t tell that during the course of the marriage. He literally admitted to be oblivious to it at the time.

Pretty sure there’s a positive association between hyphenated names and divorce rates. It really indicates a lack of dominance in a relationship that a man needs to have in order for his woman to stay in love, let alone respect him.

🤷‍♂️ Most statistics show that porn consumption is negatively associated with sexual assault and rape. You're not going to get intimacy from porn or a sexbot (unless you have a vivid imagination I guess), but you're also not going to get intimacy from literally raping a girl.

Think about it this way, sexbots can and likely would reduce the incidence of rape and sexual harassment.

I voted the first option even though I don’t ever plan on getting one. People should have the freedom to do what they want with their own property, and it would likely help reduce sexual assault and rape too. It would likely help reduce the amount of creepy men (or at least the overall volume) women have to deal with. Ironically enough, it might help desexualuze actual women as they are no longer looked to as a source of sexual support, but are seen as more as a human companion (which is why I d…

You're just being delusional and utterly rejecting to reality in this case. Women influence almost all purchases, even if it's with a man's money. Want to buy a house? Needs the wife's approval, and she needs to be happy with it. Want to buy a new car? Needs the wife's approval. Most gendered items that do not need to be gendered are heavily tailored towards women as far as marketing and advertisement goes. Sure, maybe you can dig into the methodology of the situation overall, but it's been a …

Pretty much every piece of evidence there is out there suggests women influence the vast majority of consumption in the world. If it wasn’t so, we wouldn’t see advertisement agencies investing tons of money to come to the conclusion that advertising to women primarily is your best bet (and it’s relatively reflective in intended audience as far as share of ads go). No, I did not said women can do with their money what they want. lol, read this statement again. I highly doubt you actually believe …

I just think it’s quite a bit different than saying women are particularly attracted to men with a lot of friends who are women, because it lacks nuance. And if a man indirectly interpreted this as, “oh to find a gf, I just need to befriend as many women as possible” — he’s probably going to get upset at the end result (or lack thereof).
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/20 09:34 PM

I don’t think it’s that important in the grand scheme of things. It’s really just a co-variable that may look significant, but the cause of the significance is really primarily having a large social group which is also really just being a proxy for someone who is social and fun to be around (which also tends to be very highly associated with being good looking too). Might just be a you thing though.

Okay, to clarify. Most of the world's economy is based on excess consumption, and women generally control/influence the vast majority of consumption — which continues to grow the more money that is directly in their control. Nobody in America takes care of themselves. But a man who takes care of himself will almost always age better than a woman who takes care of herself, that's just biological reality. What videogames do I play? I literally barely play any outside of a few hours a week, and that's largely attributed to being essentially locked in my apartment against my will. I've never seen a guy make fun of a girl for supposedly being underweight, especially in any sort of malicious way that wasn't playful fun. No idea what that means or who that is. Anyways, it's a debate subreddit — be prepared to see views you don't like. I'm not an incel. All one has to look at is how society and intersexual behavior has changed in the last decade coupled with whatever shit you see trending on Twitter EVERYDAY to see where society by and large is heading. /r/PurplePillDebate11/05/20 10:15 PM

I personally think there's a fair enough balance on the Subreddit right now, if a debate subreddit seems to lean in favor of one way or another — maybe that's just your preconceived bias of what you perceive to be neutral interfering with that. Both pro-trp and pro-fds posts get upvoted on this subreddit, if you want to artificially distort the general population's opinion here — that literally requires active censorship on the moderators part. It's a debate Subreddit and I think the mods already do ban people more than adequately for supposedly offensive remarks... What do you not understand? It's a DEBATE subreddit — people will have different opinions than you.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/20 08:13 PM

Of course it's not going to appear neutral depending on one's own preconceived notion of what they consider neutral... I could claim THE SAME EXACT bias in the opposite direction, because it's just personal perception. It's like people on r. Politics who think Europe is center-right and that the US is a far-right fascist state.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/20 08:12 PM

I'm not the one implicitly pushing for censorship and banning anyone with a different opinion. If you want to hear opinions you like, just stick in the respective echo chambers for those. Not rocket science. 🤷‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/20 08:09 PM
1

I could make the same argument that there are too many FDS women on the subreddit... But I don't, because it's a debate subreddit and people with opposing viewpoints should be able to voice them. Fundamentally what it comes down to is freedom vs. security. Women overwhelmingly support security, which is why they always want whatever space they are occupying to be censored and tone-policed.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/20 08:07 PM
12

Oh, so a "debate" subreddit that is even more tone-policed and censored than this one. Such a great idea!
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/20 07:36 PM

Oh look OP is active on FDS and BWA. Of course, she's not biased at all. There's no such thing as being biased if you have all the right opinions. Incels and RP'ers are an extreme minority of the population. Most girls on FDS are just girls who got boned by one dude, and they're upset that didn't lead to a relationship — hence all men are bad (according to them).

A lot of black women have neurotic personalities and can get very annoying. They're probably the easiness to pipe though. I think hot black women are honestly hot af, but that's probably because of how rare they are relative to other races of women having a more equal or favorable distribution.

Even then, I don't think that is really indicative of intelligence. Someone can be a smooth talker who is very eloquent and charismatic, doesn't really say much as far as their problem-solving ability goes. I’ve met somewhat extroverted men who get no pussy, and introverted men who got tons of it. The key difference was overall physical attractiveness. Physically not really, except in very ghetto areas... Most of the damage a woman can do to you, whether you're a man or woman whose receiving it, can be deflected quite easily with stoicism. Most women try to hurt others by amplifying the gaps and insecurities a person has, but if you simply have a DGAF attitude towards it, then they don't really hold any power. Outside of that, in the workplace is the only way I can see where women can really fuck over each other. A lot of women here are stating how it's blatantly false, but they don't account for a key lurking variable -- most men do little to take care of themselves or anything to resist signs of aging. I think a very self-motivated man who's willing to stay active and out of bad habits can age very well and maybe peak in his late 30s. There's a reason why Daniel Craig is still James Bond at age 52. I think you're extrapolating too much. There may or may not be a critical period in regards to young adult male sexuality, but it's too hard to tell. Stardusk released a video about a month ago echoing similar sentiments others are doing here. It’s okay to get laid; it’s okay to have a girlfriend even. In fact, you won’t really be able to truly internalize and understand why romantic relationships are ultimately unimportant in men’s life if you don’t experience them.

“Negative feminism” Just lol. Look up Andrea Dworkin. It was never about equality, and the ones who were most responsible for feminism’s success were beta men. It was true 100 years ago, and it’s true today. Otherwise I agree with most of your comment...

Okay, Rollo definitely is no where near the worst on that list of people, and he’s not even really that much of a swindler since the book he constantly promotes isn’t expensive. With that being said, he’s still somewhat of a hypocrite tbh. He basically reees about feminism all day on Twitter, but then he gets upset and bashes MGTOW while also more or less supporting MGTOW (in fact, I think two years ago a MGTOW went on his show and tore his obnoxious host —Donovan Sharpe — a new one).

Admit? I never even claimed that. Most men are willing to die for a woman they love. Even a woman who loves a man to the utmost of her will will almost certainly not do that. A lot of wives turn off the sex after the first child too.

Men just fall in love with an ideal. Yes, but if they believe this ideal to be true, then they are effectively in love with the woman. A woman's personality and temperament are far more important than just raw looks alone for if a man will love her in all fairness (assuming she is attractive enough for given man's standards). Men actually have no appreciation for a woman's personalities, hobbies , interests and achievements. And what do women think of men's hobbies? Achievements is the only th…

Seeing women in person (esp if they’re not a cat fish) is actually way hotter to me. Even outside of porn, the unrealistic and perfect settings of instagram photos makes it seem too unrealistic. Reddit is a propaganda machine that is paid by corrupt power elites all the way with ties to China/CCP. I don't deny that most people have a very female first-centric bias, but I think in day-to-day life — there is a lot more nuance that even the average person with this bias wouldn't be quite as polarizing as they are on RA or AITA. Ironically, it's Subreddits like this which is what causes the pendulum to shift in an equal yet opposite magnitude with things like TRP.

I’m saying the practical real-world impact isn’t really the only thing you pay attention to. The subconscious drive to have sex is for reproduction. Your subconscious doesn’t realize if someone is on birth control, even if you wittingly know they are.

It seems like you’re greatly Cherry-picking evidence. Most evidence suggests that porn consumption decreases rape or likelihood of rape, and that porn generally speaking has positive aspects in protecting women in the general public. It’s why people have also debated about making animated child pornography, so that pedofiles can contain themselves and not actually go and rape kids — I’m not making a claim as to whether animated CP should be created, just stating various arguments.

We're talking about high-level tendencies based on evolutionary evidence. That might be the case today, due to social conditioning that inevitably limits the access of older men to younger women, but that doesn't mean that was the norm prior to now or for most of our evolutionary history.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/20 04:56 PM
1

There's plenty of findings in evolutionary psychology to suggest that somewhat older men (talking early to mid 30s) are the ideal in our evolutionary history. And given in more tribal times, there would have been greater cohesion and exposure to them for younger women, in culmination with what we see in modern day that older men tend to have higher status and wealth accumulation -- a lot of evidence simply points to lack of exposure + social conditioning for women not being interested in older m…

Yes, I never said teens, and there’s unaccounted social dynamic factors in play (e.g. most younger women don’t really have exposure towards older men until they get to around age 24-25). If there was more exposure, there’s a plethora of evidence that older men would be seen as more desirable.

Younger women generally have a lack of exposure to older men for rather obvious reasons. If they were more accessible, younger women would be with older men more often, because older men tend to be the ones with a greater amount of status and wealth. Also this — https://imgur.com/syyBO7h

You’re acting like a woman is a set of tires where the tread gets worn down with more use. Why do you ask someone to explain it from their perspective? $12,000 for 12 scenes (so somewhere between $500-1000 dollars a scene, and she AGREED to be paid this much) is underpaid? Not to mention the free marketing and publicity it gives porn girls that really kick up their earnings even more so? Who are you to determine whether they’re underpaid or not?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/20 04:33 PM

You're cherry picking very anecdotal and specific things to support your point of view, and not aggregate data. Mia Khalifa might have only made $12000 from licensed porn shoots alone (but she only did 12 scenes and was a brand new pornstar as well, so take that for what you will), but it rapidly built her a reputation to be a successful free lancer and probably escort as well which led to millions.

Women in porn are not paid nearly as much as you think they are. Mia Khalifa talked about this subject once - porn actresses are insanely underpaid. She, one of the most well known women in the industry, made $12,000 across her whole career. That's it. /r/PurplePillDebate17/04/20 04:12 PM

Colloquially perhaps, but not necessarily. Single mother usually refers to a woman who was unmarried and had children or got divorced. In some cases, it's only defined to women who had children out of wedlock, and the guy left. A lot of widows don't even like being called single mothers, because of the implications of being associated with them. There's a reason why qualifying widow is a tax status on tax returns, but there is no classified filing status specifically tailored for a single parent…

You have a guy who loves kids (and doesn't mind investing and raising kids from another men with his own hard-earned money) and has no qualms about being with a single mother (this type of man is pretty rare, but some do exist). He spends more time with you and gets to know you, but then one day the …

Where did I not debate in good faith? I mean, honestly? What point did I make that was misleading or not a very common and accurate concern that arises when dating a single mother?

Some people need it. A lot of men there are men who recently got cheated on, divorced, or some other complication, and there is no other place for them to vent their frustration. Some others use it for a teaching moment to younger men. I mean, it isn't like FDS, which claims to be "dating advice", but then 80 percent of their posts are really just feminist revenge porn fantasies and how all men are rapists, trash, and pedos.

Why would any HVM subject themselves to dating a single mother? There’s just so many reasons to NOT date a single mother than more than the meme of “you’re a simp”. In fact, outside of the incredible waste of money it is to raise someone else’s kids (something I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t want to do), you have to deal with a potential real threat of baby daddy drama and if he still wants to fuck + perceives you as a violent threat. Why do so many women try to sugar-coat and act like being a husband is such a superior position than the almost NSA boyfriend who gets copious amounts of sex (and in many cases low-investment reproduction) so prominently? Like you're on an at least semi-anonymous forum on the internet, you can be honest, lol. Or is it simply that women can only look at things through the lens of what benefits them? And... You know what’s the biggest red pill of it all in relation to this? Ayesha was literally the “good girl” who was his high school sweetheart — literally the one he marries so he could (ideally) circumvent and bypass this superficial bullshit. So not only did he end up marrying an ungrateful hoe (which he was entirely trying to avoid by marrying her in the first place), he married one with far suboptimal looms than he could have gotten if he really wanted to play the market.

That’s just the way of the world. Nobody ever gave a shit about men. You have to survive, keep firing from the foxhole, and find your own path. If you made it, then society will temporarily reward you for it, but other than that nobody cares if a man can’t handle the issues he faced in life. Life is ugly business — no one asks to be born.

I think TRP at least helps teach men fundamentals they wouldn’t have learned (or would have learned the hard way) in the real world until later and in a more suboptimal context. TRP helps men transition their strategy in the changing environment that women single-handed you steered it towards. You really need to look more into human psychology (in particular neurology and the action-reaction/cause-effect mechanism behind decision making). Until then, anything you define as a choice is very vague or ambiguous.

/u/maljo24 kind of hinted at this, but what percent of these n = 0 marriages end up being completely sexually devoid after the first couple of children come? I'd assume the vast majority. Then again, most marriages do anyways, so maybe there's nothing to really be assessed.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/20 04:50 PM

A lot of women who are sexually liberal "settle down" (in almost every potential meaning there is for the word) with the man they marry. This can often imply being with a man that is less overall attractive than the type of men they dated in their mid-20s.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/20 04:46 PM

It's cool if you don't agree, but using the word "majority" is presumptive, especially without any backing data, & thus fairly definitive, that's the way it comes off. Sure, I'll admit I don't have any concrete evidence of this. Then again, it's hard not to simply infer as such when you see what the average girl posts on social media. /r/PurplePillDebate13/04/20 08:02 PM

And why should they do that? Let’s assume any Chads even look at FDS, if anything, that would probably help validate and rationalize their “bad” behavior even more if anything else. Women at FDS don’t seem to understand leverage.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/20 08:00 PM

And you’re a girl? I think most girls early on before any sexual experience find guys with a lot of women to be particularly attractive. They’re still probably attracted to them after, but realize they’re not realistic for a relationship because they’ll go for another girl when bored.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/20 07:11 PM

It depends in the context, two key things: how physically attractive the guy is how attractive the women are they’re getting If you got an average or slightly above average looking guy consistently pulling girls who are 6+ and more in the 7-9 range, then the guy clearly has some skills. I don’t think anyone (including most women themselves) argue that sleeping around as a woman is impressive.

What exactly is dogmatic in saying that you can’t predict how someone will change long-term? You even seem to agree with that notion in this comment you made too. If anything, I have the least dogmatic view about marriage. It needs to no longer be viewed as something that is permanent in terms of what is legally binding. A renewable contract is much smarter in my opinion, but that would cause people to have to view something they view so emotionally in a semi-rational context.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/20 06:41 PM

Your general worldview is incoherent (communist feminist tradcon ). Have you ever thought that consequentially many individual views you hold are also incoherent? I thought I made it quite obvious I’m referring to westernized nations. Anyways, just because a couple isn’t divorced doesn’t mean they have a successful marriage, at least not to me. You see it quite often in very traditional countries too of how simply being married doesn’t mean the relationship is good. For example, it’s not uncommon in Vietnam for older couples to live in separate rooms etc.

Perhaps you failed to actually make a point? Rollo still does implicitly advocate marriage if you read between the lines and hard enough (basically, you need to be with 30 different girls before you commit so you have the skills keep one is his central thesis), almost everything else he says is largely pseudo-intellectual fabricated jargon to make him sound more sophisticated than he is without actually saying anything of substance. Is he right about the average ‘soy man’ and how beta they are? …
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/20 10:29 PM

Rollo misses a ton of nuance in just about everything and thinks everything can be reduced to hypergamy, and he thinks he’s some genius for “inventing and owning the term” (good amount of evidence to suggest this isn’t even true). /r/PurplePillDebate05/04/20 09:44 PM

A. is very vague. C. I don’t really have anything to comment on, outside of the fact that financial stability is obviously very key to a marriage’s survival — also might help weed out those who are in love in their late teen/early 20s, where people generally are selecting four factors that aren’t conducive to a LTR/marriage.

Let's be honest, most women in the West hate their husbands. They failed to get Chad to commit to them, and they only like them (their husbands) as long as they can produce a positive cash flow for the household (which directly explains the spike in divorce rates)! For most women, it's better they reproduce with someone rather than no one (ideally they practice AFBB, but there are inherent risks when reproduction comes into play — though many men will now wittingly cuck themselves), especially a…

Nothing really against calisthenics, I just think it's somewhat inefficient for my goals. Anyone can get ripped with proper genetics, caloric restriction, and a minimal dose of resistance training for their given genetics. I find it lacks the efficiency to build raw strength and progressive overload effectively, especially once you get to a point where you can say Squat/DL well over 2x BW. However, in this given scenario, calisthenics is definitely one of the few viable options now.
/r/MGTOW24/03/20 05:05 AM

Too bad there's pretty much zero evidence to suggest as such. If anything, the anti-depressant and bipolar medication prescription rates for women when categorized by age shows quite the opposite of women doing completely "fine". Sorry 🤷🏻‍♂️. Show me robust evidence of obese and overweight or 35+ women marrying men at 75th+ percentiles of income in their areas, despite all the anecdotes you can find on Twitter — it's not representative of reality. I know women in their 40, 50, 60s some are morbidly obese with multiple kids, on welfare, smoking etc.... theses chicks are never single lol. Weren’t you just stating how not getting dick wasn’t the problem? Which FYI, I never claimed it was. I'm pretty sure all the MGTOWs are short, ugly, broke, plain, average joes too. I can't see George Clooney joining TRP. Funnily enough it would have saved him only several hundred of millions of dollars. Men want you to believe there is a point at which you…

I'm heavily skeptical that the average woman on FDS is actually anywhere near the SMV they claim they are — it just doesn't add up. The most attractive people are actually the least likely to have that much animosity towards the opposite sex, because they're generally well received by the opposite sex. An extremely beautiful or attractive girl isn't going to be wasting her time bitching about how evil men are on Reddit in all fairness. As for the value of stock, sure, that's somewhat true, but t…

I don't really see a point of major contention tbh. The only thing I somewhat disagree with is whether a woman truly will actually be satisfied in a relationship if she does "tame" an alpha, and anyone with a clue knows it's a resounding "no".

Being offensive to men is acceptable because of the prevailing intersectional feminist view that all men in society hold power and privilege over all women Being offensive to men was always acceptable, even in traditionalist societies. Just more subtle.

I didn't engage her obnoxiously. What she did is the equivalent of a moderate leftist saying something somewhat apologetic or positive about Trump, and then the person they're talking to losses their shit and shouts, “JUST ADMIT IT, YOU’RE A TRUMP SUPPORTER”. There’s simply no reason to react seriously to that. And quite frankly, you can pretty accurately assess a subreddit by their top posts, and their top post from yesterday was literally shaming men and calling them “weak” for not wanting to …

Yes, and unless FDS is promoting polygyny, there aren’t many of those going around. I highly doubt the average woman on Reddit is the type to land a truly rich man, let alone one that is bitching about men on Reddit.

I just don’t see how that’s an issue in a modern context when both genders are dating and sleeping around a lot.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/20 05:16 PM
2

I actually don't agree with FDS about the paying for dates thing. Ime paying for a date says nothing about a guy. I've dated men who were the definition of fuckboy but paid for everything and men who split (at least initially) but treated me like a princess while in a relationship. I just don’t understand what exactly is the problem with this in a modern context?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/20 05:11 PM
4

I don’t know a single woman who would give a man a second date who wouldn’t at least pay for his own portion. Many/most wouldn’t even give a second if he didn’t pay for everything.

/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/20 04:57 PM

That’s interesting, and probably true for the average childless woman in her 20s. With that being said, there comes a point where you can either blame everyone else for your obvious flaws or you can accept them and try to improve upon them? What does “getting taken advantage of” mean in a modern context? What is an example of that?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/20 04:44 PM

Girls like her usually end up not cheating until after they're a good amount of years into a marriage. Then they realize their husband's dick game is weak and divorce rape him in the process. That's why Tradcons are dumb... "Just marry a virgin son!!" Yeah, good luck finding a "virgin". And even if you do, she'll constantly be wondering about what it would feel like to hoe around, which will likely lead her to cheating on you in the marriage itself. Just focus on investing and getting strong.

The problem is education isn't privatized, and like many other government jobs, there is hardly a standard of metric that needs to be abided to. Pretty much the only reason a teacher gets fired is if they physically abuse or rape a student... And even that's not true if it's a female teacher.

Stardusk has talked about this rather extensively. Men are that desperate for female validation that they will pay a woman to pretend to care and validate them. The more we get into the future; the more polygamy we’re going to see with multiple women pairing with fewer men — leaving a lot of men to be single and alone. Most men are not mentally rugged enough to adopt a MGTOW mindset.

Lol wow, so your main argument is NAWALT? Okay, let me dissect a couple things. First off, the main reason why mariage is absolutely retarded isn't even necessarily due to female nature or many of the plethora of reasons MGTOWs often cite. It's just retarded, because it's fueled via emotional reasoning to extrapolate a short-term feeling or sensation and expecting it too last for 20-30+ years. You can't predict how anyone (including yourself) will change in the next 5 years, let alone 20 or 30…

The fundamental problem with Americans and food is they DIRECTLY tie their happiness to consuming food (especially food that isn't nutritious and is a recipe for disaster, like most HFHC foods are). This person isn't even willing to admit it despite them implicitly doing so that their eating habits are literally a coping mechanism for them to be "happy".

How many people do you know will only take one cookie from a box of cookies? Even then, most cookies are baked with industrial processed seed oils. The average man has a TDEE of about 1800 calories. Let’s say 1 color is about 150-200 calories. You’ve spent over 10 percent of your allotted calories on something that is HORRIBLE for your health and makes you feel worse.

People are free to form their own opinions, but MGTOW is correlated with a lot of varying personality types/philosophies. [Hyper]rationality, libertarianism, minimalism, freedom, and individualism. In 20 years, I predict it will be commonplace for marriages to be half-open, where the beta male husband will have to service and provide for his wife, even though her primary source of sex will be a Chad. It's an amazing show. I think it has aged very well, even if it does tap into a more 90s/early 2000s vibe, which if anything makes me like it even more. I think it is more than deserving for its rank of first place, though at times I wish it had a bit more action.

Why hello there communist! Couple questions, what time ever in human history or existence had a woman ever been primarily valued for something but her body — more precisely her youth and fertility? If you agree with the above, then isn't it fair to say that humans are naturally a patriarchal species? If women hate patriarchs so much, why are they ultimately strongly prefer men with masculine, "patriarchal" traits? It's almost as if evolution molded and forged our nature over the span of roughly …

It's not that you shouldn't have a masculine physique. It's that it shouldn't be a societal expectation of you and more so something you do for yourself because of how good it makes you feel and the benefits of it. Weight lifting is much more important than cardio. Cardio just creates an artificial calorie deficit; weight lifting actually builds muscle which does far more to actually recompose your body and keeps fat off longer. That being said though, any weight loss at all is futile without dieting.

I don't doubt or debate against this. It's more so when you look at the general results of upper-middle class individuals and so on. They produced productive and responsible children. Children from extremely wealthy families likely never had to work for anything in their lives, and they developed a mentality where perhaps they valued things outside of materialistic things. At the end of the day, getting mad at people for being responsible with their money and wanting to pass it down to their chi…

I agree with everything besides the ugly bit. If you compile shit together in the right combination, sometimes — it comes out great. My main reasoning behind the related point is that: 1) rich and/or responsible people and their children should not be punished for their existence (in fact, realistically, these type of people should be producing the majority of the children in your nation, but the complete inverse is true) 2) people who are not as financially or independently strong (e.g. intelli…

Well at MIT specifically? Yes. For the general college student population, not at all.
/r/MensRights19/06/19 12:22 AM
2

Not really, look at MIT's general student body. The vast majority of them go into STEM subjects, and most of those majors overlap in prerequisites (which make it flexible to transition between majors since the first two years of classes are mostly the same for engineering students despite different engineering disciplines).
/r/MensRights17/06/19 10:02 PM
1

I don't know MIT's specific criteria. However, I went to a top university for engineering and your desired major put on your application had no real influence on the ultimate decision to accept or reject you (outside of potentially tying it in very well with your essays). I'd figure with a school like MIT especially, it's probably the same case.

How dense do you have to be when the most obvious explanation is affirmative action to keep the gender ratios near 50:50? There might be some statistical noise, but I HIGHLY doubt it's even close to large enough to account for women having double the acceptance rate. If I understand/remember correctly that was supporting a claim made against me, in which the person replying said "Like time for them" in regards to me originally staying that the average 'successful' woman doesn't have qualities/attributes that high-value men with options are looking for.

I think it's a bit of both. You're only more consciously aware of the whole ambition aspect and how that speaks to the development and maturity of a person. However, women want a man who is at least equal in financial earning potential at the very least. The guy you're replying to is completely negating how much status matters.

Women are more likely to orgasm when they are having intercourse with a man that is perceived to be wealthy vs. a man who isn't.

Not sure if PE is still as hot as it was it was in the 2000s — I personally think CS is probably more robust in terms of longevity. I'm surprised NYU has a program too since I thought most PE programs were centralized in the South. Sorry I don't have much to say.

Women love reinforcing and rationalizing their own negative behavior, just like you would expect an immature child to do. Women have a sense of the sisterhood Uber Alles — they might hate each other more, but they hate men even more so and will actively form coalitions with other women to push perceived female self-interest and opportunism. The Chad part is another interesting point — it's abundantly clear to me that the whole female "self-love" platitude is just a coping mechanism due to being …

Politics is all self-interest. What may be a 'stupid' proposition that is damaging to you may be very beneficial for someone else. This is fundamentally why I think most discourses pertaining to political debate are a huge waste of time (outside of perhaps particular details and implementation).

Experience in politics is a lot like business management w/ executives, whoever does the most brown-nosing and cock sucking the best is considered as the best person suited for those positions, not necessarily (and usually not) the ones who are most competent and logically suited and deserving for such roles.

I use a safety razor, but a good tip is to have some rubbing alcohol around. After you're done shaving, wipe the blades with alcohol and wait 20-30 seconds, then pat it down with a microfiber towel or dry it with a hair dryer. This method has helped me get a lot more shaves out of any razor or blade I use.
