Bad argument, is killing a tic murder to then? It is also a living being, a parasite and alive.

The question is this, when is it considered a human. When the baby is a sperm? When the sperm hits the egg? When the baby starts to have a heartbeat? When the baby leaves the room?

Each person will see this answer differently.

So the question is this, should all babies be born regardless of how they were conceived (rape, if his/her life will be shitty, etc)? Or does the quality of the babies life matter?

If the fetus is defected on early detection* and could cause death to the mother.

The law doesn't mention the period of the detection. Hence it's solely determined by the practitioner under the approval of a medical board.

They are just trying to justify their bad decisions, and not take the blame for it. They make the argument that "it's just a clump of cells", or " it won't feel anything anyways". Although yes it is true that a fetus is a "clump of cells" as they put it, but so is a fully grown person, we are all technically just a clump of cells. Also they don't realize that it doesn't matter when you kill an unborn child, because in the end, a child will be born and have a chance at life. Abortion ends that possiblity indefinitely. If you don't want a child, don't have sex, simple as that. But whores will be whores...

A tick is a parasite. It is alive. Eliminating the tick is murder now? This logic is flawed because it doesn't address the key issue: Whether or not that "clump of cells" is a person yet or not.

I just want consistency. If women can kill their babies in the womb, than a man should have a window to opt out of being a dad. No rights to access and no child support. If abortion is illegal than it should be automatic 50/50 custody....well either way we need 50/50 custody. We live in gynocentric clown world though so neither will ever happen.
