Most of the time, the scale of the favor and the context matters. The general rule is if you're comfortable to do the same deed for a guy, then it's okay to do it to a girl as long as you're not enabling a bad behavior.

If you're okay with giving $30 to a male friend to fix his car (and of course not seeing it again) then it's sort of (but not really) to give your fuck buddy $30 to spend for her car. But just once. Once is allowed. More than that, than it's building up to being a simp. Also, you'd be more of a simp if you spend $300 or $3000 on this girl (unless you're a millionaire).
