Why is it that many men keep doing favours for other men and especially women without getting any favours or benefits in return?

Is it because you're afraid of some alone time and telling people who use you to go fuck themself?

I was guilty of this self destructive behaviour myself by helping other people out and getting disrespectful pats on the back in return for many years.

The solution I believe is having a mental scale where you can analyze the relationship by putting your good deeds on one side and their good deeds on the other.

If either side massively outweighs the other then there is someting seriously wrong in that relationship.

This may sound trivial and self explanatory, but it is kind of amazing how many guys put up with shit for many years in their lifes in order to finally see the light.
