I think I'm done with this relationship (29M & 28F)

I've been with this girl for 2 years. Full disclosure, we dated briefly in college but it's basically irrelevant. She cheated, we broke up and almost a decade later we reconnected. She thinks I still resent her for it, but I don't. I've forgiven her, and trust she won't make that mistake again.

I've been living alone for 6 years, supporting myself and trying my best to be financially responsible. The first couple years were rough, making just enough to make rent each month, but a few decent raises later I was able to save up a decent chunk of change and feel comfortable. I dated a girl who was young and immature and I'll admit I drained my savings to entertain her, but that ended shortly and I was able to restabilize.

When I started dating this current gf, I had about 10k of 'rainy day' savings in the bank. Within about 6 months that was gone and within a year I had about 14k in credit card debt. She was constantly promising me to pay me back for things, using my credit cards without asking or tepeatedly ordering stuff on my Amazon without asking after i asked her not to, and ghosting employers/quitting jobs which made it impossible for her to pay me back.

Recently we've been fighting. A lot. At first it was fine, we'd have a few fights that would last a day or two at most. Now 2 yrs later we fight almost constantly and I'm lucky if we pretend to like each other for a couple days at a time. I'm a big gamer, I like to dive head first into competitive games and that's where a big portion of my time goes. She's not. At all. She likes to go clubbing, out to eat, traveling, constantly seeking approval from social media, etc. She resents every second I spend gaming. I agree to do some of the activities she requests, but not everything, I think I am pretty reasonable. She wants to go out and try something new pretty much every week and that's just not my speed. She feels like I don't pursue her. Honestly I probably don't, because I'm too exhausted keeping up with her constant requests to go out and working my ass off to fund her lifestyle. Whenever she has money, she wastes it like it's gonna burn a hole in her account or something. She will go buy a bunch of furniture or decorations for the apartment long before she will pay off her maxed out credit cards or offer to help me with bills or her own fucking cell phone bill.

Today we got into it and she revealed something that's honestly pretty hilarious to me. She said if she breaks up with me (because I don't pursue her or make her feel special) , her expectation is that I'd move out of the apartment that I pay 100% each month, and go live somewhere else. She just started a job that would barely allow her to pay rent here, assuming she had incredible financial discipline, which she does not. I told her there's no way in hell I would do that because I'm on the lease and I don't trust her to pay the rent on time. It's becoming crystal fucking clear that we have wildly different values and priorities. When I think about us splitting up, the thing that makes me the saddest is that she's going to take her cat with her. How fucked is that?

TL;DR - been dating this girl for 2 years, she thinks I don't appreciate her or pursue her, meanwhile she's drained my savings and put me into significant credit card debt with her antics. I think I've had enough.

I'm open to advice or whatever, but this is more or less just me venting to the internet about my problems.
