Why do banks allow anyone to open up credit cards under somebody else's name without a form of consent from the would-be card owner?
Are they dumb enough to think people won't abuse the system?
Stupid, entitled woman. She felt he was still responsible for paying for her life after alimony ended? But of course she didn't inform him of this. Yeah, we got ourselves a strong, independent woman here who doesn't want to take responsibility for her life!

it looks like it was identity theft. his name may still be on the house and she has his ss number. With the ease of online applications it is not that hard to open accounts.
