Subject line is truth. Don’t even talk to crazy. However, from a legal perspective, unless they are separated/divorced, marital property can be destroyed.

My former divorce attorney told me he regularly tells clients to kick a door open if the locks are changed and get back in the house. Point is, you are legally allowed to destroy your own stuff.

From a criminal perspective, this nut would likely be in violation of disturbing the peace, blocking a roadway, etc. she would likely get probation.

From a civil law perspective. This video can absolutely be used in court to show she is crazy and irrational she is. If there are children of the pair who witnessed this, it makes it a lot worse.
