Sad, but true. It’s similar to that college poster where it says that both were drunk, SHE couldn’t consent so HE raped HER.

I'm going to respond because I believe you're serious about not understanding rather than just being a feminist or white knight coming here to troll.
The double standard isn't what the individual believes. It's what society believes. The person who has sex with the girl will be considered (rightly) a rapist by society while the person who has sex with the guy (if it's a female that does it) won't be considered a rapist by society and likely won't even get charged with anything.

If I woke from a drunken stupor to some chick trying to work my equipment I'd likely go with it. So honestly, it's a double standard I'm generally okay with.

Because not every man is ok with being sexually molested while drunk even if you are.
Because it's a lot more extensive than this. If a man and a woman both drink and have consensual sex, the woman can retroactively claim it's rape and the courts will agree with her.
Because if a man flirts with a woman and she doesn't like it from him, she can claim sexual harassment even if she's perfectly ok with that same exact flirting from a different man.
