I really like, and believe, stoicism is a strong moral path. Plenty of books about it.

Rational self-interest. I'd read 'The Virtue of Selfishness' by Ayn Rand.

I believe in the innate goodness of people, but I also realize humans by and large and emotionally-driven, and morally-ambivalent. No everyone will behave morally even when you would.

I break traffic laws when I perceive and reason no danger (like making an 'illegal' but safe U-turn across a double-yellow), or driving over the speed limit in clear / safe conditions.

I don't allow others to endanger me, nor do I endanger others by my actions. If someone does, I hold them accountable - yesterday I wagged my finger at a truck who nearly cut me off, then had the gall to honk at me. I didn't flip him the bird as I might have in the past, but I wagged my finger. I took the higher road and didn't prove a 'road rage' incident, but I let him know 'uh uh uhh, I saw what you did, and YOU were at fault not me.' If you insult a man with vulgar gestures he will go to emotion and feel 'you disrespected me, let's fight!' If you scold him, he's more likely to not become violent, or you can simply say - 'Dude, you know what you did and so do I. Learn from it and get on with your day.'

I hold myself accountable and I expect the same from others. I also ignore the vast majority of people unless I see they are capable of exercising reciprocity. I test people, give them a chance to do good, or to fuck up. Either way I make it so I don't invest emotionally in anyone unless / until they prove they are worth it. Then I still assume they may change, but I meter my commitment based on their behavior.

Watch old movies with Clint Eastwood, Humphrey Bogart, Cary Grant, Spencer Tracy - the classic 'great men.' See how they interact with men and women.

Female-minded individuals will ALWAYS try to take more from you than they give. This is how women survive - through guilt, deception, guile. They are much weaker than men in every way, even when not pregnant, and aren't capable of navigating the world with honor and intelligence (some very very few exceptions to this rule). ALWAYS assume anyone who hasn't proven they are moral will try and extract your time, money, resources, attention while not giving you what you need or desire.

Demand payment up front - for everything you do. This may take time, but it's how I run my business. I never have a problem with 'accounts receivable.' I had a friends-with-benefits come over and she wanted something from me. I knew it and it was minor, but I insisted I get my needs met first. She complied, and was happy to do it from what I could tell. Then, I brought up the favor later when she wasn't thinking about it. With customers, I show them I will meet their needs through prior proof of the same, and once they pay I begin the work.

Every interaction needs to be benefit you. You don't have to be a mercenary or rude, but be honest about YOUR needs, what you will and won't accept (like 'no single mothers', 'no fatties', etc.) and move forward. You are already showing you are capable of operating as a free agent (see Coach Greg Adams books and YT channel). You set the terms, you honor your agreements, and expect others to do the same.

Women and men both will respect you more and treat you better for not compromising your values.

Your morals come from your behavior which comes from your values which come from your thoughts. If you value free money, you'll become a thief, and be an immoral person. If you value earning what you have, you'll become a man, and a moral person. You don't start by having a code of morals but identifying your values, which guide your behavior. It's more about other people recognizing you as a person of high moral character, or low moral character, rather than you telling people "I'm a moral person." That's like women saying "I'm stronger and independent." Really bitch? Prove it. It's laughable when women do it, because if they were either of those things they would let their actions show it.

Same for a man. Let your thoughts be aligned with ethical things, demand respect as you give it to those who deserve it, and cut out the rest. Books on philosophy, works by Marcus Aurelius, etc. are often a great starting point. You could investigate the Stoics. I have this lecture I'm starting to watch, posted by someone here:

Don't tell what your goals are, what you do

Don't allow yourself to get depressed or anxious from toxic and narcissist people.

Don't allow yourself to get sad or demoralized from shaming tactics from society, blue pilled idiots and feminist. You will get this more and more and you need hard balls for this.

Don't engage with brain-dead and brainwashed woke people in today time and age.

Always be on guard from people around you, everyone will have agenda and propaganda tactics for you.

Use the internet and every tech/tool to start something for yourself.Don't work for someone else anymore. It is most wasted time anyone can do now.
