After WWII in many European and Asian cities Men were in fact 10% or less of the population, and bitches still couldn't do jack fucking shit to bring some semblance of civilization and order back from the ashes. Women are the more empathetic gender. They are also the more narcissistic and sociopathic gender as well.

The ability to recognize and identify others emotions does not mean they actually use it or are bound to any sort of morality because of it.

Women are more capable at reading others emotions, they just don't give a shit about them anytime it doesn't directly impact themselves because they lack a conscious.
