My guess is that she thinks or her friends think that you were either cheating or into men, that's what they usually come up with. So she texts you something vague and now hopes that you are worried about what she might know and might expose about you. It's just bullshit mind games, she was probably the same when you dated her, played stupid games, always needed attention etc, she's now starved of attention and can't bear it. I'm sure if you tried she's left one avenue open to contact her, she's hoping you try. If you just ignore her she will I guarantee msg you again hoping to get a bite. Women are predictable.

Yes. And, if nothing else, her spinning up into a tizzy about this gives her hamster the opportunity to convince her that actually she left you because of your behavior, and because you were always horrible, you never deserved her.

Happened to me. Broke up with this girl I was dating of almost 3 years. When we broke up I blocked her on everything except her phone number, but I deleted the contact. I saved messages just in case she went #metoo. I got a ton of texts from her and calls so I eventually blocked her number but again, saved the messages.

About 3 months in I get an email while I am at work. It was from her and she sent out a detailed email saying she loved me and all that crap. I laughed, but was more annoyed. I forgot I had helped her get a job and let her email her resume to me so I could review it. At the time i didnt know how to block on gmail so I just put her contact in spam, and saved the email should anything happen, I had evidence for the courts.

About 4 months after that, I got another email, and my voicemail had notifed me I have multiple unread messages. I went into my voicemail and found no messages. I unblocked her number and sure enough, there were dozens of messages from her from all hours of the night crying and telling me she loved me. Deleted all of them.

I figured at this point in time, I didnt need to block her number again as it's been almost 8 months. Nope, she messaged and called me again a month later.

B.I.G. Block, ignore, ghost.

Another chick I banged 4 times moved to another province pulled the same shit. She told me she loved me and all that crap, then moved back and spammed me on instagram and all these crazy things. Fuck, man. They are all predictable.

They love being the dumper, not the dumpee. Being the dumpee is an insult to women...they just can't let it go and will persue you to torture you (or try and extract a female friendly reason). Best thing you can do in either case (you dump her or she dumps you) is ghost and block and NEVER entertain any contact what so ever. It's just safer and a lot less hassle.

I think there isn't much to go on with to be able to guess properly what that was all about so I recommend that you just keep going your own way. it's not worth playing their mindgames.

It would help to know what sort of disgusting things she said in order to make an educated guess at her motives. But without knowing what she berated you with I am going to take a wild guess and say she wants to make an impact on your mood in order to focus your attention on her. By rattling your peace of mind and your sense of self (attacking your character and making you into a bad person) she is creating insecurity in you. Women get off on inflicting emotional damage unto others so this is her way of striking a blow against you. Now her reason for doing this is unknown. She could be doing it just for the sake of getting you to think about her and make your world - for now - revolve around her or she could feel wronged in some way and this is her way to retaliate against you over some perceived offense you caused her.

Like I said, without knowing what she berated you about this is all wild speculation although proper to Female Nature.

They do it to rationalize things, that's all. Makes them into the victim regardless of whether or not they were. Really unless they have enough through at them to force them into realizing they were the antagonist (especially if their own family jumps on them), all women will eventually play the victim card.

Depends on what she was saying about you - if its something that's libel or slander definitely save the convos.

Otherwise laugh it off and block her on any social media you have. I've never had an ex pull this on me, although they always try contacting me months/years later asking if I'm dating anyone (I don't use social media except reddit/linkedin), but when I did use FB/Insta more it happened more frequently. So far ignoring has been successful.
