TL;DR: Female therapist apparently cannot handle the implications of a carefully worded letter explaining I started being attracted to her and it would be wise to call it quits.
Ok I go to a facility (it is not a psychward) whose role is to provide psychological support for people with long-term physical illness (my case), or PTSD (cops, firefighters, military, people in traffic accidents, you name it etc).
This is free of charge (as part of my "care" for my illness), paid for by the state...
Anyhow; whilst I had initially requested a male therapist, there were none available (the place is 90% women). I ended up with this female therapist; she wasn't all that bad but eventually she started wanting to discuss things unrelated to my current issues (like, "how are your finances?") this started to get a bit annoying but I dismissed her questions. She also on occasion made some snarky comments about how "bitter" I was and how "rude" I was for "hanging up too quickly after phone conversations" (wtf!)...
Problem is, a classic familiarity problem started to rear its ugly head... I was starting to feel attracted to her.
Working the medical field myself and generally speaking having some sense left in me I decided to write her a letter (couldn't see her in person at the time) politely explaining the situation and that I thought it would be best if I were to switch to another therapist.
The next logical step would have been for her to schedule an appointment to discuss which other therapist (in the facility) I could see. This is really the way the place operates anyhow, or rather is supposed to operate.
Nothing, nada, I tried calling the place, nobody takes my calls anymore. (which is rather unfortunate for me since I am going through a rough phase currently)
Was I supposed to keep going to appointments with her knowing she'd ask questions I'd rather not answer, that I would have to ignore her random comments about me being bitter and rude and I would have some attraction towards her in the back of my head nagging me to try gaming her ?
EDIT: Finally managed to get through to someone, sorted it out right away. Surprise, surprise it was a man...

Women in general don't give a shit about their patients.
Actually did website work for a lady that owned symmetry Counseling in Chicago.
She had things like eating disorders on her website and I told her it would be better to have all the Eating Disorders listed out and have their own page.
This bitch actually said they don't know how to treat Eating Disorders so she didn't want to have anybody with anorexia come to therapy.
I know for a fact there are therapies that help people with anorexia and bulimia.
She just dismissed it because she didn't want any of her patients dying from the diseases in which they were seeking help.
