It is always certain that the present iteration of "machinery" will (in the near future) render all MEN -- and particularly any need for men to THINK or WORK -- obsolete & superfluous; and if & when it doesn't, well then the next iteration will (eventually) do so... they're absolutely certain.

To be honest, I think it's Humans in general.

When much of the world is automated and run on machines, you wont need 7 billion people on this planet at all.

I think much of the strain between genders is a direct attack from the upper elite to ensure that when the time comes, there's nothing Human about Humans. Just sacks of controllable flesh ready for the slaughter.

People are already severed and detatched from nature with huge cities and highly populated urban areas.

Either way if we continue letting them get their way we're all fucked.

There's no place for Humanity in a highly technological world. It's our greatest irony that we can create and build technology yet we were never built for technology itself. It'll be our own sentient end, and we would have created it.
