When a woman hits mid thirties they go in one of three directions;
- The childish, inspirational, pseudo spiritual emotional infant. Loves Disney, cosplay, eats sugary foods and thinks it's cute to act and dress like a child. Completely oblivious, often in denial about her real age, listens to music like Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus but squeals when New Kids on the Block announce a reunion tour coming to her city. Most likely to have clothes (usually socks) of cats. May also have a painting of her cat hanging in her home. Lives in the home she used to share with her husband.
- Weird and wacky- believes rocks have magical powers, likes yoga because it's 'spiritual', believes in many conspiracies, often Anti-vax and bases her life on inspirational messages scripted on reclaimed wood and sold at Pier 1. Likes to chant or dance barefoot in peasant dresses. If she has grey hair she'll grow it long a la earth mother style. Starts believing she's a psychic or empath or is the mother to an indigo child.
- The angry, unable to be reasoned with, irrational cow. Constantly angry at everything and bleats her rants on social media, often makes scenes when she goes out in public, often gets violent with her children even as she screams about what a good mother she is. HATES Trump and believesallwomen. Often makes up stories about her being a victim and gets a blank look in her eyes when shown proof of her lies. When she recounts abuse it's very well scripted and emotionless. Of all the three types, the angry spinster has had the easiest life and it is likely that at one point she was very good looking. She also spent her life with a lot of money and most likely still has a lot.
Often women have a mix of these but one is always prevalent. It's near impossible to find a woman 35+ that doesn't have at least one of these.

I've got a story you'll love.
For a while I dated this pretty switched on girl - former lawyer turned dress designer - crazy as a box of frogs but talented and knows how to exploit Type 2 financially and sell them over priced clothes to Type 2 middle aged tai tais (Asian term for rich bored housewives)
I used to call her business "Selling rags to fatties" which used to annoy her no end.
Anyway one day she tells me a group of her single clients invited her to a "love yourself valentines dinner on the beach"
So a bunch of these rich crazy single bitches (some of the have inherited wealth and are still single) put a table on the beach with romantic candles rose petals etc just getting drunk and telling eahc other how great they are and crying.
She said it was the most depressing thing she ever witnessed - she had to go cos "clients"
I howled with laughter when she told me and took the piss out of her for ages after that. She'd just scowl at me. Im still laughing now thinking about it. Feckin hilarious

There are a TON of women like that- women that constantly tell themselves how beautiful, vibrant and relevant they are even when their bodies get wider, fatter and their faces more wrinkled. Women's minds get worse and worse as they desperately try to cling to the illusion. It was hard to believe when they were young and it gets harder and harder as they get old.
When I last checked in on an ex many years ago she had posted something about how she's single because 'No one is good enough'
No, it's because she ballooned up to more than twice her size and has a body count in the triple digits (neither of those is exaggerating)
