It's totally understandable why modern women have anxiety. Ever noticed why rabbits are so skiddish? It's because everything wants to eat them. A bite of grass is a bold, potentially life ending move.
Cave women that were not firmly embedded within some unit with men and family around to protect them were soon dead in our ancestral past.
The lizard brain of modern women knows their current lifestyle is retarded when judged by the environment in which they and their ancestors evolved. That anxiety is supposed to be a stimulus to work that shit out in order to lessen the negative feeling.
I've spoken to women that speak of constant fear living by themselves, so they want a live in boyfriend or at least roommates.

The part about "the lizard brain" is extremely accurate. The main cause of a lot of the women I know suffering "anxiety" is the fact that they do constantly do retarded choices in pretty much everyting, are somehow aware of it and of the problem it will cause subconsciously but in deep denial about it when it comes to their ego since "I have the right to do whatever I want". Hence cognitive dissonance and being constantly afraid that the shit they are throwing will come back to their face soon. This really explain a lot of things and of course, since "the world just has to accept me the way I am!", it is extremely unlikely for any of them to get better since it would mean facing their own flaws instead of running away from them.

I blame the last generations. It probably wasn't "good" even earlier, but nowadays it's getting ridiculous. They think "freedom" means not having to deal with the consequences of how you act and that it's a magic card making everything ok. Men usually try this once or twice when they are young, and when they see the results in the REAL world and get a good punch in the face, they get that indeed, the freedom of doing whatever you want stops at another person's freedom. Women never get that punch in the face because society and people as a whole are way too submissive toward them. And I can relate when it comes to the betrayal part and how you don't have a say about anything because "I'm free to do anything I want". That's one of the main reasons I don't trust promises anymore, ESPECIALLY promises made by women. Their "freedom" is usually seen aS way more important than their honor, or any rational decision that would avoid them screwing up their whole life to be honest.

Get P90X3 man my legs are sick now and you don't use lots of weight, i have a multi station at home got this used, lat pulldown veritcal bench i hurt my back doing squats and deadlifts at 29 took 14 years off training.... i tried getting back in the gym but failed almost everytime.
I have 40 pound db max, and my multi station is 180 pound stack i never ever go there, i used 80 pounds max for lat pulldown.
I got P90X P90X3 i am finish this in 2 weeks and i am gonna hit 22 minutes hard corps, you can get great results with bodyweight only too.
I mix this with some adonis index program i got from my sport doctor for rehab.
Honest for legs you don't have to go heavy all the bodyweight standing one leg squat etc WOW.
