Even the "fun" tv shows are full of bullshit. I was watching an obstacle course show where the winner gets $25,000. The guy wanted to buy a house. The newly married wife wanted a $25K honeymoon. Of course you know what they agreed on. The simps last sentence was "Happy wife, happy life."

Christmas romantic movies are even worse, a cringe fest.

There was this movie of a single mother, post wall, with a 14yo daughter. The daughter see how hard working the mother is and she wishes for her to find happiness with a good man.

Chad suddenly appears in the neighborhood, with his slit eyes and squared jawline; of all the women at christmas events he is only into this post wall woman that is too hurt by the past that he needs to court her and fix her distrust of men.

Happy ending on the night of 25th, they are finally a family (even if they met 10 days ago) and the daughter already is head over heels for having him as a father (or...a "daddy"?)
