If you’re blue pill, it’s loneliness. If you’re red pill, it’s freedom. If I’m ever “lonely,” I simply text or call someone to hang out. If you’re lonely, the problem is usually within yourself. There are people everywhere.
Shackling yourself to a woman, with enforcement and backing of the state, is the absolute worst idea on Earth. Especially in this man-hating country.

I never get why people always seem to think that women are the cure for loneliness when most of the time they only make it way, way worse.
You got family and friends around you, and some of us even love the solitude and being by ourselves.

Best feeling ever, especially after bailing out of the craziness, and or being abused phase!

Believing that relationship will cure all my psychical illness/suffering/loneliness was the worst thing that society was inject me in my childhood. I lost many years blaming myself to the point when i was consider suicide as real option. Because everyone around told me: if you live this long only by yourself, proves you are worthless, broken. Now im at the point that i could get in some relationship but i don't want to. I love beeing by my own, thats how i feel best and no one should ever tell me that is something wrong with that mindset.

Same for me, but ironically i think it has nothing to do with hard music and all to do with stress. You can google it.
So just listen to more music in your spare time to relax a bit from the stress of outer life. Listening to music makes the tone go away for me.

Freedom, peace and quiet to me.
I lived alone for 16 years. (28 to 44)

I actually gonna make myself tea now, sit down and smoke a pipe, with a nice tobacco blend, in solitude. Nobody fucks my brians, I am my own captain. Yep, thats freedom

in the beginning the emptiness seems surreal, strange and scary a nightmare type of sensation.
with time i realized it was peace, it is serenity, it's a beautiful life.
life is beautiful once you understand yourself and understanding of how to protect oneself.

This. If you're not used to it, solitude is just STRANGE to start.
Be it traveling abroad alone, out in the wilderness, or just stuck at home alone for a long period (illness, whatever) it takes some time to adjust.
After the initial uneasiness though it's absolutely serene.

It’s the same school of thought to say that we always find the truth alone. People can point you in the right the direction (sometimes by pointing in the opposite direction) but your personal truth, whatever that may be, is found by taking your own steps and thinking your own thoughts.

Beer, book, bed.
Sleep to fight another day.

Go mgtow loneliness turns to freedom. Freedom is the natural state. Get a dog. Start a business, a band, an adventure, takes risks, you'll get the same jizz and more reward as a decent hookup, difficult to find these days unless you directly pay for it.
Age only matters if your a woman or woman-like, barring obvious physical limitations.

I think loneliness can be bad for anyone, specially depending on how long they've been alone. But sometimes, it's the right choice to make.

I think loneliness solitude? can be bad for anyone, specially depending on how long they've been alone. But sometimes, it's the right choice to make.
I'm not sure if you mean loneliness or solitude. Loneliness = bad. Solitude = not so bad.

How do they differ in your opinion?
[–]boytjie2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Loneliness is being involuntary solitary but desiring company. Solitude is being solitary and happy/content to be alone.
[–]oirectine002 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
You don't need to get married to alleviate loneliness though.
If I get lonely I message a friend. I go out for a walk. I help a co--worker out with their job. I spend time with my mom or play a game with my brother online.
I just refuse to sink countless hours and dollars into someone who only provides "companionship" if the money keeps flowing.

Oh freedom for sure it really depends on how much you like yourself. One key to happiness is to make your life full.

If you dont have the choice to take home a girl even though you want to, its going to feel like loneliness. But if you dont care about it, its freedom.
Freedom is merely the ability to choose.

Sounds perfect. I make sure to do this daily.
[–]TaintedPills0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
It can be both but no one said it isnt at least a little liberating
[–]Harzul0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
freedom to me. every day of my life.
[–]SpecJoeMagic0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I’m a misanthrope. It’s definitely freedom. Also, replace tea with beer or whiskey.
[–]PucciSlayer30000 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Definitely freedom, I think if someone was to define that as loneliness it's because they're not happy in their own presence which I believe is something everyone should work towards achieving.
[–]NotMyWomen0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Or peace.

reminds me of a quote from the late Robin Williams: "I used to think the worst thing in life was to end up alone. It's not. The worst thing in life is to end up with people who make you feel alone"
Some crazy/sad shit must have happened to that man to make him come to this realization.
