OPs pics show a cut - he lost bodyfat and so now has more visible muscles, not necessarily more muscle. Newbie gains also account for something as a beginner will gain some muscle doing basically anything.

A lot of them are focused on something, like "Retire in 40 years" or "Invest in dividend-producing stocks". Ultimately I can't tell you how to choose because your goals and financial situation are unique to you. I'd advise reading the /r/financialindependence FAQ and also thinking about what your goals are.

Attractive people have more options, people with more options have more chance to cheat, thus attractive men (or women) have more chance to cheat. Seems pretty obvious.

Generally a safe choice. Investing moderately conservatively now pays off a ton later. From what I have read, roughly 50% of your total assets in retirement are due to the investments you make in your 20s, due to the growth over time. Low cost index funds seem to be a good way to go. Clearly OP reads the FI/RE subreddit.

You made the right choice, not just because of male vs female, but because you chose the person with demonstrated work ethic. Job-specific skills can be taught, determination and hard work cannot. Credentials do not equal aptitude.

You can't bury feelings, then they just control you subconsciously. Accept them, feel them, recognize that acting based on feelings leads to ruin, then act based on logic. You can't avoid feelings, but you can avoid acting on them. Also as others have said, jerk off before making any choices.

Gotta disagree here. I read all my books on my Nook now, it's just way more convenient to carry 100 books on a tiny tablet. Regarding vape vs smoke, vape does give flavor, but it's mostly in the first few hits since the volatile oils responsible for flavor vape at a low temperature. So not 100% disagree, but I prefer convenience and economy over a specific experience. I don't toke for the flavor.

Consider switching to a vaporizer for home use. Arizer makes a good volcano-style vape for about $140. Better for your lungs and more efficient use of herb. A good ol' J is great for portability though.

Women in the workplace will never stop now that society uncorked that bottle. No company would ever support decreasing their labor supply by 50%. The opera Rigoletto also has some of these red pills. The most well-known song from that is "La donna è mobile" (you already know the melody) which roughly translates to "Women are fickle". Also earlier in the opera is "Questa e quella" which basically means "AWALT", that all women are interchangeable. Also relevant to the story is that all the women fall for the dark-triad, wealthy, and womanizing Duke which leads to the tragedy.

Good choice brother. Never slide back down that hole, because it get 100x worse once you sign that marriage contract. My suggestion - take the next 6 months at least to figure yourself out. Longer if you want. Nope. No fault divorce means marital conduct has nothing to do with it. Some states allow an "at-fault" divorce still, but proving it and actually having the courts act on it is entirely different. Most states award custody, alimony, etc. based on various factors including previous standard of living, but not based on marital conduct. See link below for a list of criteria that may be used: http://www.einhornharris.com/wp-content/themes/Einhornharris/files/StandardOFLiving.pdf Edit: Some relevant…

I really like stuffed peppers with ground turkey, lamb, or pork, rice, and herbs. Dill is my favorite, rosemary, basil, cumin, also good choices. Parboil the rice, mix it all up, roast for 30-40 min until the peppers are nice and soft, a little char. Leave the pepper tops on while cooking to seal in the moisture, and add some olive oil on top for a nice finish.

Generally more complex creatures take longer to mature. A female needs to be ready to care for a child by the time she finishes puberty, thus matures "faster" but then her development stops, she achieved her biological peak by 18. And so they're perpetual teenagers. Women have a short window of biological relevance (about age 15-30), men have a much longer window (about age 15-50 or even older) and take longer to reach their peak which for many men isn't until after 30. The SMV chart and actor's…

Think about what you really want from life. This won't be a quick decision, and it will probably change over time. Not stuff like "a good job" or "money" but what do you really enjoy. So men working obscene hours isn't an issue, it only becomes an issue to this writer when it's women who are worked to the bone and men stay home and play with the kids. tldr: tradcon women and feminists both want benefits without responsibility.

Congrats and welcome to the club. Feels good to take control of your own reproductive future eh? Don't touch it for a few weeks then fap like crazy for a couple more and you're in the clear. The only thing better than that post-vasectomy test result is the test result later on that says "You are not the father."

IMO meditation is not limited to sitting quietly. It's possible to practice mindfulness/presentness in any situation. Demanding physical skills like running, weightlifting, even something simple like juggling that force you to focus on the present moment are similar, just don't zone out during.

No, they're different pieces of equipment. Squat racks don't have adjustable safeties. My gym has both and I only use the general purpose rack for non-squat lifts. For comparison... General purpose rack: https://garagegymbuilder.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/power-rack.jpg Squat rack: https://christiansfitnessfactory.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/900x900/0dc2d03fe217f8c83829496872af24a0/e/2/e2825c8e271de5487b568dc7cadae5c1_3.jpg

To be fair, most "squat" racks in gyms are not specifically squat racks, but general purpose racks with adjustable safeties. I use a rack for squatting, lunging, rack pulls, shrugs, BB shoulder press past a certain weight, RDLs, and probably some others. @OP - You're lucky you have 6 in your gym.

Also relevant is the discussion of men whose health rapidly declines after divorce due to sadness/loneliness/chaos etc. My dad was never super healthy (overweight, other issues) but declined rapidly in several years after my parents divorced. Not a suicide, but definitely divorce related death.

This seems reasonable...for the average chump. For an independent man the modern era is a renaissance of possibility. Getting out of the reproduction market gives us more time to question the narrative and come to our own place of satisfaction. While the average man with 2.1 children, a fat wife, and less and less living space suffers, we go our own way. Modern conveniences provide safety and efficiency that our ancestors could only dream of. Now is the time to pursue personal hobbies, art, scie…

These classes might actually make sense if someone could point to a real instance of male privilege. I have yet to hear any real example, just this abstract "privilege". Privilege to do what exactly? To be drafted, to be considered pedos or unfit parents by default, to have no rights for genital integrity? Name one privilege that men have that women do not and I will conceded defeat. Yea, it's pretty unlikely that you can avoid work entirely. Living a good life for 2-3 months then going broke isn't really a great strategy. You could go vagabond, but that's just a different kind of work, and arguably less pleasant than other options. HOWEVER, as a single man with no need to accrue fancy peacock items or pay for a woman you can work a low-stress job that you enjoy, even though it might not pay well and still live comfortably. Alternatively, work a normal job for a while, live …

Original Star Wars - While not explicitly red pill, it shows the hero's journey where a man must cast aside everything he knows and venture into the unknown. I mostly agree, but with a slightly different perspective. It's normal to fear or be sad about death, but that doesn't mean you allow those feelings to rule you. Accept the fear, realize death is inevitable, and make the most of what time you do have. Don't flee from death, but don't seek it out either. Live in a way that pleases you, taking risks that are acceptable to you knowing your own mortality.

Also, though it's possible that some women won't steal your money, it's very unlikely/rare to find. The hand grenade analogy is good. Even if only 1% of the hand grenades in a box will explode in your hand, do you still want to use any of them? Now consider the chance is 50%+. Anecdotally, even among the intelligent and independent women I've met, none have been that good with money. "Oh this coat is only $300. It's on sale from $1200 so I'm saving $900!".
