MGTOW ought to start as understanding female nature and the how's and why. But the journey reaches a point where a man's inner simp has to be destroyed.
It can't be done based on past hurt feels, or seeing the injustice and imbalanced in gynocentric society.
Killing the inner beta is a greater struggle than commenting on female nature. I hope the next few years men will band together to create a mindset that allows them to identify and celebrate maleness away, faaaaaar away from women.

You know what they say: to fight darkness is to fight yourself. I dealt with an internal conflict for a long time; my alpha wanted to be free, but my beta always convinced me that expressing my manliness was toxic. Now that I'm free, beta is dead. The war no longer rages on.

Killing the inner beta / simp can be complicated by the company one keeps, so be mindful as even the most alpha around can turncoat and be a simp (e.g. - addicted to strip clubs and validation via women).
I’ve seen this all too often.

It's hard, I agree, but everyone can do it. Once you learn why some women are acting like that and what their motivations behind it are, you can easily spot the toxic ones. That's the hardest part, looking straight through all the sweet talk and the fake compliments, learning what real attraction looks like. Then you can finally stop wasting your time on women that only want to use you so they don't have to work themselves. And yes, sure that means you'll probably be single a lot and many people will start wondering if you're gay. But once you realize that this is still way better than the alternative, you can finally start GYOW.

I spent my Friday watching Detective Pikachu, got a coke cherry 🍒 slushee at the movies 🎥 and got The Habit Burger 🍔 for take out. Still need to go to the gym later. Very fun day indeed. MGTOW is freedom.
