• Delete all social media: facebook, twitter, instagram, tumblr, snapchat, linkedin etc.

  • The only way to contact you should be through a cell number and email. Never give out either of these to women for socializing.

  • Do not socialize with women at all. Your only contact with women should be limited to family and work. Do not make female friends at or outside work/school. It's absolutely useless.

  • Never be alone with a woman in a room. Never go on a meeting where it's just you and another woman. Bring a male co-worker with you.

  • Keep record of all emails/messages exchanged with a woman.
