Put all your assets in a trust that the government can't touch, say it's all for charity and collect once the divorce is finished.

Remove all digital and paper files. Everything. And if you don't take the computers, be sure to take the drives. And any backups.

Start using a password manager now and make sure every account has a different pre generated random password.
