In attempts to being a better version of ourselves, I feel that a lot of men struggle, self included, with seeing their own personal worth. This is why I feel men take a lot of shit and criticism from women in the first place. In my blue pulled days women would do a lot of disrespectful things and I would take them back in a heartbeat when they came back around. My friends saw more worth in me then I did myself and would constantly become disgusted when I told them I went after certain women they obviously knew I was better than. Even now as a MGTOW I find myself slipping back into my old ways and I acknowledge that I need more personal work. How do I find self confidence? Self worth? How do I unlock the courage to walk away from shit I know doesn’t do me any good? Any stories, experiences, and quotes would be appreciated.
