My work colleague was dating a women which he found on Tinder. After being in relationship with that women for 2 months he broke up with her . She was kind of a crazy person and really wanted him to marry her and have kids and dogs and a house with mountain view. She accused him of rape charge. He was instantly fired from the job though the charges were false. Now no company wants to hire him and he is currently living at our place figuring out what to do.

BTW he worked really hard in his life, he has two degrees in Computer Science and worked as a Full Stack developer at the company. Just because of this event which is not even True has made all his life's hard work turned to zero.

I mean even if he is found innocent, they are not going to give him the job back because you know company reputation.

Please help.
