And yet no one ever wonders how it's never happened before.
There are lots of funny men, there are extremely few funny women. They just, aren't very funny.
It's incredibly rare for a woman to be funny when it comes to timing, reading the audience, shifting tone on the fly, etc., compared to men. For whatever reason men are better at delivering humor to both men and women, and women are a little worse at it.
There's a video out there of a woman who dressed and made up to be a man and did some standup to show that women aren't "funny" because of patriarchy or some shit. She bombed completely. Her material sucked and she couldn't deliver it.
It's not the patriarchy keeping women down, as anyone can go up on an open mike night, it's just how it is. Perhaps it's all cultural, but there aren't other cultures reporting in their hilarious women. I think it's simply that women never had to evolve certain personality traits because when it comes to procreation, a woman's personality requires no work or evolution. You can make babies with a coma patient. Men pursuing women are going to have a lot more requirements and personality than women who are the sexual selective sex.
It'll be the same problem with a woman trying to do it with men's material as men's material is designed for how men deliver humor, which is not how women deliver humor.
But who knows, maybe they'll find that one rare individual who can deliver jokes and kick ass and be beautiful and can act and all the other nonsense no one cares about in an action movie.

Women can be hilarious when they're mocking people. But thats about the only time Ive had a woman put tears in my eyes from laughing so hard. At least, when she was intending to be funny.

The first time I saw a woman standup where they started talking about their vaginas and such, that was funny. But I'm not 12 anymore, and that's all female humor these days.
The other problem is that there never seems to be any intellectual humor, where you can see how they came up with the humor in a new or unique way, women's humor seems to be more social, which is why them mocking people is "funny" I suppose.

I mean, it was a you had to have been there, and know the people she was making fun of kinda moment. Good imitations, and savage roasts.
But yeah, their humor.. Far more social, which makes sense, being as women are primarily concerned with social status, ect..
Also your post had me wondering... Is sexual dimorphism in the brain a thing? Example: humor. Say theres some sort of "funny gene" that men pass down, whats to stop it being given to a daughter, right?

Perhaps it's culturally repressed by the patriarchy after birth?
Who knows. It just doesn't seem to be a skill as prevalent as it is in men.
But then I've never really had a bunch of men try to cause me drama. Women are good at that.

Women, on average, aren't funny or ambitious because they don't have too.
Imagine you are a boring, unambitious woman that lives at home and work minimum wage. In term of SMV, it's not the end of the world. Take care of your body, be friendly, dress nice, and maybe learn a bit of cooking; and good decent men would still date you, marry you, and take care of you financially/emotionally.
On the other hand, imagine you are a boring unambitious man that lives at home and work a dead end job. Well you are pretty much fucked, as far as SMV is concerned. No woman will marry you, date you, or sleep with you, and most don't even want to talk to you or be near you.
This is why men are funnier and more ambitious, because they have to be.
