The same thing just happened to me. She texted me after alll this time saying how she has been “SOOOO” busy and she wants to go out for coffee or whatever. I said sure, just let me know, whatever. Still hasn’t gotten back to me. At this point I don’t care. I thought she was a unicorn and gave it a shot but fuck it. AWALT, just text her back saying your not interested. I thought about ghosting but I’m not a shitty person. No need to keep contact if your not going to pump and dump.
