I suggest you let absolutely no one in your personal life know anything about this. I'm not going to tell you how to spend the money but I can say that if you don't absolutely need to spend it, you could put it towards investing and have your money work for you, leaving you free to pursue your hobbies without having to work.

The Fable of the Sparrow:

There once lived a sparrow who procrastinated. When winter came, he didn't want to fly South with the rest of the birds, he was stubborn and wanted to stay right where he was. Finally, though, it got so cold that he reluctantly started flying South.

After a short while he ran into a storm and ice formed on his wings. He fell to the Earth. Shortly, a rather large cow came by and shit on the little sparrow. The sparrow thought this was surely the end and despaired. But, the warm shit actually started to thaw hit out. After a while, he was warm and content.

He was so overjoyed that he started singing at the top of his lungs. A cat wandering by heard the noise and decided to investigate. He found the bird in the pile of shit, dug him out, and promptly ate him.

There are many morals in the story is:

Never put off until tomorrow what you can do today.
When things get rough they can always get worse.
Despair is not necessarily the end.
Being shit on is not the worst thing that can happen.
Shit can make you stronger.
Everyone who shits on you is not necessarily your enemy.
Everyone who takes shit off of you is not necessarily your friend.
If you are happy keep your fucking mouth shut about it before someone comes along and ruins it for you!

Wish I could've got that much from my car accident. 100% not my fault and car totaled. Now driving another car that needs work. All I got was a $2800 for my cars worth and free money. Total bullocks. Could have died but came out almost unscathed.
