As someone who was once really religious but became completely uninvolved with religion about a decade ago, I'm noticing more and more lately the book was right about a lot of things and it really did forecast the way the world is today pretty accurately.

Here is an interesting perspective. Our society's choice was to have mostly married couples with kids, we chose monogamy so that everyone has his share and it keeps people in check. Some other cultures chose polygamy, where the richest of men get many woman and keep a lot of power over the poorest men, who get nothing. Now here is the deal. Both societies are fucked. Angry sexually frustrated single men become terrorists, while angry sexually frustrated married men become cucks who are barely useful to society as a whole. MGTOW is the only way forward because we are making a conscious choice.
Religions are fucked up. I have nothing against religious people, but religious authorities are just a struggle for power and for me personnally, I'm glad that we got rid of them. I have absolutely 0 regret that religious authority lost all of their power in my country. It's not that "democracy" is much better, it's just the least worst system of all. And at least democracy doesn't really ask me to belive in it. I don't vote, and I'm not going to get burnt into the ground for not believing in vote.

MGTOW is not a way forward for a society, it is doing what is right for the individual, and disregarding all the norms that society imposes as "doing the right thing" when these are clearly against the individuals best interest.
This is what happens when groups "check out" of society that is clearly hostile to them. It is a vote of no confidence. It one of the reasons behind the destruction of the Roman empire

Society is just degrading. Day after day. I've lost my hope in the opposite sex. Never cheated, but been cheated on by ever single one. Always put in effort to communicate, got excuses in return.
